Very Cool Hotel in Cool Neighborhood

The room was excellent, comfortable, very clean, and everything worked. The staff at the front desk had great suggestions for neighborhood restaurants and the valet service was efficient. The hotel restaurant and bar was beautiful and had a very fun crowd. Really a fantastic little boutique hotel with a real artistic edge.

Wonderful Surprise

Just minutes to Union Square. Great rooms, amazing staff with upbeat bar and restaurant. Great stay, will stay again!

Great spot, great rooms, great place

Friendly professional staff, nice clean rooms, great view, great location; right new union square, a stones throw to the trolleycar, and only 20 blocks from the fishermans wharf. $20 per night parking right next door. Would stay there again in a second - highly recommended!

Wonderful Style

Great style and fun contemporary. Not your mama's budget hotel! Room was comfortable and spacious for price. Only down pts are room on lower floors so road traffic and needed to call maintenance to repair a few room related issues.

The service was fine, nothing really negative to report. The front desk people were always available and willing to answer any questions as well.

great location, beautiful room

It was wonderful staying just steps from shopping and restaurants in the union square area. The hotel bar/restaurant (The Cortez) was lively and cozy, and the breakfast room service was tasty and satisfying. I especially appreciated the staff and their tact- knowing when to be helpful and when to recognize the guests' privacy.

Having an on-site restaurant for breakfast and lunch would have been a nice amenity. The "buffet" breakfast offered was not conducive and the prices were outrageous.

Class Act

We were thoroughly satisfied with this hotel. The staff were exceptionally responsive to our needs. We were given an upgrade. The location could not have been more convenient for our itinerary. We would return if we were to stay in SFO again.

Lovely Gem of a hotel near Union Square!

From the moment you walk thru the door to the Hotel Adagio, you know you have found a little slice of heaven! The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. Cortez, the hip bar and restaurant downstairs is awesome. Every member of the staff was pleasant and helpful. You can't go wrong staying at this lovely, boutique hotel.
