This is truly a very nice hotel, extemely comfortable and quiet. However, I cannot believe what terrible room service they had. I had ordered food at 5:30pm. Just appetisers and it took 1 1/4 hours. No time to eat to get to an event and even charged me an extra pizza. The pizza was soggy and nasty. Also, there was a hidden extra 12.00 service fee that say's 2.00 on the menu. the next morning we went to Pimento's for breakfast. Huge mistake, no food at the bar, once re-stocked it was cold, We finally got the orange juice after we were done eating what we could possibly digest. Also the floor was filthy, the tile was sticky and the bar was just plain dirty alsong with dirty dishes that were from the dish washer. Needless to say, we didn't have to pay for breakfast.

We stayed here when we visited Cleveland for a football game. The breakfast bar and parking were extra and worth it. The local bar scene is within walking distance.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza during the weekend of November 28th for the November 30th Browns game. Overall our experience was great! The Front Desk Staff were polite and quickly expedited our check-in. The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable! The location of the hotel was also very convenient; we were within walking distance of the stadium and local restaurants/bars. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will definitely be back!
