Great Location but Old Hotel

The location of the hotel was great, but it was old and the rooms were not the cleanest. I didnt have a telephone in my room or did I have a lock on the door. There were bugs in my room. I will not be staying there again.

Great room for the money. Good location and ease to food stops and shopping.

everything was perfect but the carpet in the room. It was filthy so if you have little ones I don't recomended otherwise is fine.

Needs Improvement

Hotel lobby had no air conditioning on check-in date. Phone in room did not work. A/C unit louder than most. TV reception (Satellite) was very poor.

Great room for the money

I really have no complaints about this place other than I asked for a refrigerator, was told I am on "the list", and after a 9 day stay it never showed up. The rooms were clean and the maid service was excellent. Great location to Universal and Wet-n-Wild. Only 10-15 minutes from Disney.

Very disappointed

great price but AC was awful and I was told later that the crime rate in that area is bad. Glad it was cheap - we only stayed 12 hours

WORST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO

This hotel room consisted of a broken toilet seat to begin with, curtain ripped in two places and the entering room that is connected to another room was damaged and looked like it had been broken into with only the chain on the door to keep the door closed. This is the most disappointing hotel I have ever stayed at and I have constantly used Days Inn from New York down to Florida but this one takes the cake. I would not go back to this hotel. The lobby was hot as hell with no air conditioning and the girls at the desk stood around until they decided to wait on you. I am doing THEM a favour. They are NOT doing me a favour.

Need to work mangement in hotel

We stayed this hotel. This is not a great experience for us. One, there were few bugs in the room that make me gross. Second, internet didnt work properly since my hubby is a geek with computer. He complained to a worker at desk. They told him, the people who works for internet dont work on weekend! There are alot of people wanted to be on interent to find informations and etc. This is horrible. And the ice machine didnt work a while until few hours later. It s crazy for us! I m hoping this hotel would do something better than that!

Location is great but service is poor and renovation needed.

This describe exactly that you get what you paid for and sometimes even less. The hotel location is great but everything else was negative. From the Service desk cold welcome to the confusion in rooms (we got a smelly smoking room as opposed to a non-smoking) and also a not sowarm check-out. There were also other guest complaining at the time of our check-out.

Price just Right!

Overall the hotel was good. Only complaint i had was i requested a coffee maker and it was dirty when they brought it, but the did come and replace it with a clean one.

Roach Motel

The Roach Motel says it all. Where to begin: 1.) 1/2 inch crack in our front door. We could see right out into the parking lot. 2.) A/C didn't work. Went to the front lobby since the phone did not work either. Had someone come in to check it out but never returned to fix it. Slept all night with no A/C 3.) Phone didn't work. 4.) Could hear the whole town from our room. It was so noisy I hardly slept. 5.) Found a two inch roach crawling on our wall by the picture frame. Need i say more...
