Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 1 of 13Cheap, but shows a bit.
Building looks a little sketchy on the outside, but inside the room is nice. However, the bathroom door didn't close and the toilet barely worked. Driveway was hard to find. For the price/location, it was as expected.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 6 of 13Very unclean
First, they gave the room away and I have to wonder if this is the hotel ar hotel.com that did not do the proper job. We had to wait for nearly an hour to get a room which was dirty. The entire hotel lacks cleanliness and professionalism. I would feel safer and cleaner camping.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 10 of 13Not user friendly
For a Days Inn that serves ORD travellers it was pretty shabby. There was debris left in the toilet, only one washcloth, and the TV was bad. Don't believe the list of nearby restaurants. There were a few across the street, but only so-so. The biggest negative is that this motel wasn't ADA compliable. You had to walk down a few steps to even use the elevator! There were no wheel chair reamps that I could see. The breakfast bar was OK. However the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was extremely slow.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 11 of 13Aviod unless desperate
There was a definite stench to the hotel. Service was unsatisfactory. Took approximately 30 rings, over three calls to front desk, to arrange a wake up call. Then wakeup call was never received. Non-smoking room that had stench of smoke and cigarette burns all over the furniture. Toilet did not flush properly, poor water pressure. Complained, left note to no avail. Problem persisted for another day. One of the doors to outside (you needed key card to get in) was busted and open to anyone and everyone. Floor in continental breakfast area was sticky. Outside of hotel needed upkeep, not very inviting. Door to room was not tight. Bathroom door was split down the side. Would not recommend to anyone and only put up with the facility due to circumstances I was in area for.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 12 of 13Needs Improvement
The hotel is under construction. We were extremely disappointed with the apathy of the morning staff, as the continental breakfast was anything but great. It was a roof over our heads and a bed to sleep in, but that's about it.
