One-Night StayRoom

*Desk was friendly n very helpful. Room was clean, roomy enough for two men to spend a night comfortably. Close to Cotton Bowl. Only (-) was room smelled like smoke (even had ash trays in room) & had reserved non-smoke room. Did not affect our sleep tough

Good room for the money

Good Inn to stay a couple of nights. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Continental breakfast is very good.

It's not pretty on the outside, but it's my go-to dallas hotel!

From the outside, this place doesn't look great. But I go to Dallas A LOT and anytime I can book this place, I do. It's the cheapest you'll find without having to worry about someone breaking into your car, and the rooms are always clean/comfortable. There's even an on-site washer and drier, and very easy access off the highway. The staff has never been anything but nice to me. Basically, I LOVE this hotel. If you don't mind no-frills (there's no elevator, which is my only complaint) and just need a place to sleep, this is it for you. Though, in reality, I think the hotel even offers on-demand movies.

Good choice for the price

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We had 4 rooms for the 10 of us and only 1 room's ac was not working well. The front desk offered to change our room, but because we were together we opted not to change. The rooms were more than adequate for the amazing price we paid! We would stay here again.

Needs Improvement

The room was somewhat clean. The bath tub was not clean however. I could tell that the property was not well maintained by the stained surface of the tub and walls.

The hotel itself was adequate, clean. We stayed in a first floor room, it looked as if upstairs it was in need of repair, and it was taped off. Don't know if it was being worked on but it was a weekend, and very rainy so even if it were, I'm sure construction was called off for the day. Like in too many cities, Construction on roads and highways were a pain to contend with to get to the location, otherwise it was relatively easy to get to. Would stay again if opportunity arose that there were a need.

Great Room for the money

Me and a friend met half way for a weekend away from our husbands and kids, we stayed there at the hotel and found the accommadations very pleasing. The beds were very comfortable and it was close to everything we wanted to do, when we returned to our rooms from a night out on the town, we encountered a security guard walking the lot which made us feel very safe so we were able to sleep really well that night. Overall, our stay was great and relaxing.

I like the 12:00 check in/out time.
