Fairfield by Marriott DFW North

Amazing value

We stayed here while visiting Dallas to go to Six Flags Over Texas. It was an easy drive to the park all on major highways. The service at the front desk was exception when we checked in and checked out. The room itself exceeded my expectations, especially for such a low price. The beds were comfortable, and the entire room was very clean. Some of the tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked, but considering how clean it was it didn't bother me at all. And the shower head was amazing.

Well worth the money

We got a great rate with this hotel, and their service was terrific. They also have a good breakfast, but it only lasts until 9 a.m. It was not a luxury hotel, but it was neat and clean and very affordable.

Great placee to stay

I liked teh stay but was nto told about having to put $20 dollars on the crdit card in case something happened to the room. I was told the credit would come off when i checked out but ti didn't

Great room for the price

I was extremely happy with the rate, cleanliness, location and comfort of this hotel. We wanted a quick get away for a weekend at Six Flags and chose this hotel in hopes it would be "ok". It was in a great location (less than 20 miles from Six Flags, Texas Rangers ballpark etc.). It's just outside of DFW, so I thought it would be loud with flights, but I not once heard any plan the two nights I was there. I didn't see any places to eat within walking distance, but they had a nice selection of delivery options that worked out great.

We really enjoyed this hotel and will look for Fairfield first on our next trips. Service and quality were great!

Wonderful Hotel And A Great Price

This hotel has a wonderful bed! Nice and clean and the room is very comfy. I am very particular about the air conditioner in a hotel. This one was straight on. It was not one that turned off and on all night long. You had the option of on, off, or having it stay on all of the time. The lobby, although a bit small has coffee ready every time you come in, and will also have fresh fruit in the breakfast area that you can take if you like. When you check in you are given a very cold bottle of water to take up to your room. This is a welcome greeting especially in hot Texas. Especially welcome to us as we had just driven 5 hours on our motorcycles. The van driver was very willing to take us to the hotel where our convention was and we met other passengers that he was taking to the store so I feel that was an indication they are very willing to take you wherever you want to go. (within reason). I would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed 3 days and there was not one problem. If you are worried about noise because it is at the airport, put your mind at ease, we heard not one plane the whole stay. Very convenient to the freeway. The one downside is that there is no restaurant. However, there is an extensive menu of several places that will deliver for you with any type of food you could think of. And they suggest going to the nearby hotels for their restaurants. You could easily walk if need be.
