Great room even without a microwave.

My daughter and I recently stayed at the hotel on a family trip.We really enjoyed our stay. The only complaint we had was there was no microwave in the room. And since we were given a complimentary bag of microwave popcorn we found it inconvenient to go to the lobby to pop it. Otherwise we really had no other complaints and given the opportunity to stay here again, we definitely would.

Amazing Customer Service!

The people at the front desk and Jack, our shuttle guy are the epitome of southern hospitality. They were very helpful with trying to help us find cheap rides to the Cowboys Stadium.

OUTSTANDING breakfast!

The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. The breakfast was out of this world! I was not expecting the sandwiches that were microwavable. And to top it off, This hotel had some of the best coffee I have had in a long time!! Enjoy your stay.

Great Hotel

Clean and the beds were very comfortable. Great price and the location was close to many places. The breakfast in the morning was very good and they offered many choices. We would stay here again.

Unexpected Greatness

I must say that I received an unexpected "great" stay. We were booked in orlando florida originaly for our vacation, and because of a tropical storm, we had to change our plans at the very last minute. We chose to go to six flags in Arlington. We did not expect to have a very good time because everything was planed in one day. I will tell you that the day we arrived at the hotel, we were already depressed. Thank God for a little woman who worked the front desk..I believe her name was Rosalyn. She was an angle sent from heaven to make sure that we had a smile on our face the whole time we stayed there...She and all the staff for that matter went out of thier way to make us extreamly happy..:) On our first night there, we came in from the pool and was given fresh baked chocolate chip cookies for a snack. As a single mother of a small son; accompanied by my sister with her grandson; I must say that the price and hospitality, and security we felt was awsome. Thank you for such a wonderfull summer memory.

Professional Staff

These folks were very professional and went out of their way to take care of us! Great place to stay!

Great price...A little out of the way....

We just stayed for one night, but it was overall a very pleasant experience...The hotel staff met our every request...We arrived around 1:30 PM and were allowed to check-in early with no problems...Pool was small, but it was clean and kids had fun...Rooms were very spacious and clean...Neighborhood was basically DFW airport...Breakfast area was a little crowded, but selection was good...We went to Rangers game and it took about 20 minutes from hotel...Only complaint(and it isn't about the hotel) was there were no restaurants nearby and it was a "dry" area...Overall, very nice and would definitely stay here again.....

Great hotel

The checkin staff was extremely friendly. Shuttle driver was very good. The only drawback was that the park and fly portion is an extra cost that is not advertised. The rate is cheaper than the pay lots but we did feel that it should be said up front. Otherwise it was a great experience.
