Great place to stay

While in Seattle, this Hotel was wonderful. Close to Univ. of Washington and not far from greater Seattle area. They have a shuttle and that is wonderful.

Overall very pleased

Very nice and comfortable small hotel. Appreciated the variety in breakfast choices and the afternoon snack was a nice surprise. We booked for the convienence of the shuttle to downtown and the zoo. ADVICE** decide and schedule your shuttle soon because they take guests first come first serve. One of the drivers was not very personable and made me feel rushed and "putting him out". But, besides him, wonderful service for those who don't like to drive in cities or find parking. ; )

Very friendly, love the shuttle service, free internet use in lobby, they recycle, great breakfast.

friendly small hotel near UW

We spent 4 nights at the University Inn. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The hotel offers a free breakfast every day and a snack in the afternoon. They have free wi-fi, a decent-sized swimming pool, and even a free shuttle to several local attractions. I almost hate to recommend the hotel so highly, because I'd like to keep it a secret, but that wouldn't be fair. This is a very well-managed hotel and super convenient to the University of Washington.

great hotel

the people there are really nice. Not recommended if you plan on doing a lot of stuff in downtown seattle. its not hard to get anywhere from there, just a little further away then we expected. but very nice! Rooms are very clean

Good option in the U-District

Close to the UW campus and bus lines...

Outstanding Hotel

The hotel is in a great location, near restaurants and the university area. It is also near a bike and jogging path. I had a great time.

Great value and location

We stayed in the newer part of the hotel in a double queen. The layout was efficient and the room was clean. It had a microwave, small refrigerator and a coffee maker. The bathroom was a bit on the small side, but the second sink outside the main bathroom area really was useful. The hotel had out a nice snack buffet of cheese, crackers, sausages and fruits when we arrived. It really hit the spot after a long day of traveling. The breakfast the next morning was also good with waffles (make your own), fruit, cereal, pastries, coffee and juice. The hotel also has free parking and high speed internet. They also offer a free shuttle service, which we didn't use. Overall, they offer a great deal of ammenities for the money. I would definitely stay here again.
