Decent Hotel

Our stay was okay. We had fun considering the fact our original room was for no smoking,but, we ended up having a plumbing problem and was moved to the smoking section. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Convenient and comfortable

Our room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The small cafe across from the buffet has great food, generous portions and terrific service. The buffet also has very good food.

Great hotel

This hotel was very clean with professional staff from the front desk to the cleaning service. Our only problem was the air conditioning. It did not appear to work in the first room. The desk clerk promptly moved us to another room down the hall. Unfortunately, the air still did not seem to work very well. We adjusted the thermostat to 60 degrees, but had to remove the comforter from the bed at night. Otherwise, we were very pleased. The bed, pool and workout room were above standard. We will try this hotel again.

Great Room

The room met our expectaions and the Hotel Staff was outstanding. We will stay again.

Hotel needs improvement, but then NOT In Tunica to gamble

Rooms need a facelift. Nothing horrible, just getting a bit shabby. Bed and linens were great, though. Carpet and furniture very used. Bathroom clean, but wallpaper dated and getting worn. Typical casino lodging. Didn't go to gamble, so can't comment on casino. Had dinner at the upscale restaurant and was extremely pleased. Breakfast buffet in morning typical casino type - acceptable but not outstanding. Drinks at show very disappointing. I'm not the typical Casino guest, so probably not the typical guest for this hotel.

Wonderful Trip

We stayed at Sam's Town on the weekend with another couple. We had such a great time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to call for an iron and they had one to us within fifteen minutes. Great place to stay, and I'm sure we'll be back again!

Great hotel for the money

My only negative comment would be the location of the hotel. However, from check-in until check-out, I had no complaints. I was definately suprised by the hotel itself. After seeing the hotel rating I didn't expect the hotel to be as clean nor as nice as it was. The staff was very friendly. I Thought the food in the restuarant was excellent. I had a great weekend and would stay at this hotel again.

Great room for the money

There were 5 of us women who stayed there on Spring break and we really liked the hotel. The only thing we were not satisfied with was that we had requested months in advance to have adjoining rooms and when we arrived we were told they did not have any. I also had called to confirm that 2 days before we arrived and they told me it would not be a problem. They did however move us on our 2nd day to adjoining rooms. Overall we really liked the hotel and the location.

Nice place

Room was comfortable and clean. Valet was pretty slow, but other than that nice place to stay.
