Outstanding Hotel, great location

Wonderful location across from the Ferry Building on the Embarcadarro, near trolly, bus and cable cars. Hotel very elegant and European in design. Comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. Staff very helpful, especially the consierge.

Loved it!

The location and overall ambiance was really worth the price. I was hoping for a slightly better room but in the end the outdoor spaces made up for it. Highly reccommend...

Great location

A beautiful hotel with fantastic waterfront views in rooms facing the bay. Contemporary design but unfortunately lack of storage space in the room. Impeccable service. Was disappointed they charged extra for use of hotel town car.

Outstanding Hotel

An outstanding hotel with a wonderful locaton ! The hotel staff goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel to those travelling to the Bay Area.
