Great experience but could be improved

The hotel was in a great location. It was close to everything but not in the middle of the noise and busyness. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room service and housekeeping was great too. The only problem we had was the physical condition of the room. Our room had a sliding door that was broken. The towel rack was in an inconvenient and illogical position(e.i. far away from the shower). The door of our room needed to be repaired and made a loud noise each time it opened or closed. Overall, we had a great experience but things could have been improved. The little things do count.

Nice Hotel

This hotel was a great value for the money. The room was a good size, the beds were very comfortable, and it was nice to have some of the amenities of home, such as a microwave and dvd player. There was a movie rental machine in the lobby that we made use of. When we first tried to play a dvd, the player didn't work properly, but one call to the front desk was all it took :) Maintinence responded quickly and fixed the problem right away.

Great Hotel

We stayed at the Waikiki Wave for 2 nts before a cruise. The desk staff were very nice and helpful with questions. Our room was quite comfortable. We were within walking distance of Waikiki Beach and Kalakaua Avenue (shopping). The hotel was well worth the money. Our only negative was the garbage trucks at 6am waking us up, but that is not within the hotels control, so I don't hold that against them.

Ok

Great location and hotel.Just really annoying the parking situation and parking garage.You have to pay for each day of parking and its $20 bucks a day .An sometime its all full and they tell you to just go somewhere else. I pay alot for the room I should not have to park 2-3 blocks or more from my hotel.

NOT SO GREAT!!!

IT SEEM LIKE IT WAS SO EXTRAVAGANT THE WAY IT LOOK ON THE WEBSITE. BUT IT WASN'T ALL THAT. I THOUGHT I WAS GONNA WALK IN TO A ROOM WHERE ME AND MY WIFE WOULD HAVE A ROMANTIC TIME BUT IT WASN'T WHAT WE EXPECTED. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT. YOU COULD JUST WALK TO ALL KINDS OF RESTAURANTS. AND FOR THE PRICE THAT WE PAID I THOUGHT COULD'VE HAD A BETTER ROOM.

this place was our second choice...should have been our first. great deal for the dollar....clean, not too quiet, but good location, and spacious. about as good as your gonna get for the price!

Perfect Location

This hotel is in the perfect location in Waikiki. Two blocks from the beach, just clear of all the crowds. The accommodations were clean and the staff was very pleasant. The concierge helped us get our excursions on Oahu and the Big Island booked in one sitting.

Prime location, but noisy

This hotel is at the heart of Waikiki, next to the International Markets. Great location comes with a price, that is, the noise. It is so close to the International Markets that we can hear it past midnight (we were on 3rd floor). The hotel has anticipated this, as it provided disposable complimentary ear plugs for each guest, a nice touch, though I'm a deep sleeper so it did not bother me at all.

Great Hotel

This hotel was the perfect hotel for us in Hawaii. It was very close to the beach. There many restaurants and shops within walking distances as well. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location

Right in the middle of all the action! A great place for a weekend getaway!

Nice Room

The room was very nice and very clean. The staff was friendly. The only drawback was the parking lot is small and the spaces are narrow. This made it difficult to find parking during the night when everyone is trying to get back into their rooms. Despite the parking, I'd stay here again...
