They Didn't Care

We asked reserved two non-smoking rooms. We received one non-smoking room and one that overflowed with the smell of smoke. We have a small child who was sick and the hotel refused to do anything about the situation. They gave us the option to deal with it or cancel the reservation when they knew all the other hotels in the area were booked.

Needs improvement and improve customer service

need change bedsheets every check-in not just reverse it. i was been told by my friend who works at the motel. it depends on the outlook of the bedsheet.and clean the room well specially the comfortroom.

Needs Lots of Improvement

First they gave us a room that was already preoccuppied. We put the key card in the door only to walk in on a man! It was scary! We slept with table against the door that night! There were cobwebs and ants everywhere!!! I dont know how this hotel stays in business!!!

Horrible Experience!!!

This hotel was dirty and needed alot of repairs! I took pictures because I couldn't believe the condition! I have stayed in some "less than desireable" places, but this took the cake! Between the filth, the smell and the run down conditions, I would NOT recommend this hotel!

Needed a good cleaning

Smelled like smoke even though they said it was non-smoking. Water in shower wouldn't go down while showering. Called office to fix it. But it stayed the same. Needed a good cleaning throughout the whole room. Would not stay there again. All my personal items and clothes came home smelling like smoke.
