Pleased with this hotel

All around, I was very pleased with Iberville Suites. Location was perfect - within walking distance of everything! Staff was courteous and pleasant. The only thing I was not pleased with was the fact that there was no free parking, which I thought I read on the hotels.com website. We ended up having to pay $60 to park our car for the duration of our stay. Otherwise, the hotel was lovely!

Excellent choice

Very spacious suite style rooms with fridge. Location fantastic for french quarters and riverfront entertainment. stayed for 10days and would definitely return.

Get comfy

Outstanding service, the trademark of New Orleans was very evident here. Large suite style room with a very comfortable bed. Great location close to Canal street and everything in the French Quarter.

Everything was exceptional,except the air didn't cool the room down to what i exspected.

Not a 4 star hotel

Small room for a Suite. AC didn't work properly during a very warm weekend. Shower was terrible, never could get it to a proper temperature - either not hot enough or was scolding, so had to settle for cool/lukewarm. Old TV's, no view, but Continental Breakfast in the lobby was OK. This hotel is owned and run by The Ritz Carlton which was connected and next door, therefore you could use their Spa and workout area, which was nice. Also you had to use the Ritz for any dining and cocktails. Dining was at best mediocre and expensive but cocktail lounge was nice.

Decent Value for Money. Discrete and Comfortable, if a bit Unclean

Very Helpful Staff. Beautiful lobby, and great access to the French Quarter. Mold in the Bathroom. Ceiling coming down in the bathroom as well. Toilet overflowed for no apparent reason on the first day (old plumbing?), and the maintenance engineer sent to sop up the overflow (as genuinely nice as the man was) tracked toilet water all over our carpet, which was not subsequently cleaned (nor was the bathroom floor). One could look at this as olde worlde charm, or simply unclean. We believe it to be a mixture of the two, and considering the rebuilding necessary after Catrina, all hiccups were fairly understandable. Great rate for three nights, if not a perfect experience. Again, lovely staff.

Great room for the money/Great location

-Great hotel: get all the perks of the Ritz at lower cost -Outstanding location: close enough to Bourbon St. but not too close! -Great complimentary breakfast -Extremely friendly staff and very helpful -Good tip for late night food: Try the Alibi which is just down the street for 24hr yummy bar food -Highly recommend!
