We were greeted very warmly at the front desk and left our bags to be brought by the bellhop. The room (a king-bed suite) was simply gorgeous with lovely furnishings in two separate rooms. I felt like we were in a home. The bags were brought by an extremely nice young man who gave us some restaurant recommendations. When we went to the front desk for questions we were greeted by name. I told my husband I always wanted to stay there when we come to New Orleans. Quiet, clean, incredibly beautiful lobby, pleasant employees. What a treat. I only wish there had been a microwave in our room so we could heat up my coffee.

We stayed last week in the Iberville Suites and were very pleased with the staff, the room and accommodations in general. The spa is shared with the Ritz Carlton and was top notch. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The continental breakfast was well stocked and maintained. The location was close to every where we needed to be in the Quarter and easy to get back to when we went outside downtown with local friends. I would definitely stay here again.

Stay away from this hotel if you plan to get a good nights sleep. The first night, we were awakened by the smoke detecter battery alarm that needed to be replaced at 12 am. It took 30 minutes. The sofa bed was not large enough to hold our two children. The second day, the maid left our room unlocked after they cleaned the room. We were lucky that we weren't robbed. They gave us 4 beers and said they were sorry....

We enjoyed our stay at Iberville as the hotel was clean, convenient and well priced. We loved being able to walk out the doors and be within walking distance of all the places we wanted to go! We also enjoyed being able to use the Spa/Fitness/Pool facilities at the adjoining Ritz.

The valet and bellman were great. There was little or no wait for the car. It's just a 2 block walk to Bourbon St. The breakfast was average. The sofa bed was too small for 2 teenagers and one corner was broken. The Bellman brought a rollaway bed and one kid slept on it and the other on the unbroken part of the sofa bed. Overall it was a good value, great service, and a good location.
