Giant Cockroach!

I was happy with my stay until I saw a giant cockroach creeping across the floor of the living room. I managed to kill it but it was rather disgusting and I was a little paranoid about whether this cockroach had friends or not. Luckily, I didn't see any others, but it was not a welcome guest!!! Too bad, because otherwise, it was a nice hotel with good service, breakfast included, and a convenient location.

Great for the money

It was a great location, very clean and great staff. Would stay there again.

Good hotel for the money in a good location in French Quarter

Good location in French Quarter and close to Canal Street. Quiet, clean and the hotel desk, doorman, housekeeping were all very helpful and obliging. typical nice continental breakfast and nicely decorated lobby that is a quiet spot for meeting people.

Great Hotel

The lobby was a little hard to find since this hotel is in the same building as another. But I still found the lobby. Great stay and great room. Very roomy with lots of space. Lots of nearby restauarnts. Very close to the French Quarter. I was not prepared for some of the the stores and people around the French Quarter which is why I gave this location a 3. Otherwise there are lots of restauants and sights to see in the area.

Great deal in the French Quarter

The staff couldn't have been more accomodating. Quiet and clean, excellent and prompt service. The morning we left, a call to the car attendant went unanswered, but when we went down to ask for the car it was waiting for us. The car attendant recognized our room number and while he didn't have time to answer the phone (6 pther groups wanted their cars at the same time) he pulled our car and had it waiting for us. The only complaint was the sofa bed bar was very uncomfortable. We took the comforter from the bedroom, folded it and put it under the sofa bed sheets. Slept well after that.

Wonderful Service

Best Service in the French Quarter. Everyone, from valet to front desk, were attentive and welcoming. Rooms comfortable, and very well kept.

Great experience! Fitness treat.. but not sure if it will last...

I paid for "plush" and that's what I got, a nice, comfortable room I loved to be in when I stayed in and watched movies- it still felt like a relaxing getaway. The only down side was the lack of a view, I asked to be moved to the top floor and they did, which was much better. Also, the Ritz fitness room, pool and training room were great!! I liked working out as much as possible, I hear that it's temporary so be sure to ask if it's included when you book, or else it's $25 a day, which is a bummer. The continental breakfast was balanced, as a Dietitian, I give it a thumbs up! Everything is walking distance, great location a few blocks away from the crazy Bourbon St mayhem and trust me, you want to be away from that street. And, a walgreens/CVS and I-Hop super nearby if your pocket books wants a break on beverages and food. Although, I strongly recommend THE PALACE CAFE on canal street, out of all the places I ate, that was THE best place to eat!

Fabulous!

Loved our stay. Everyone was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Also, since the Iberville Suites are owned by the Ritz-Carlton, one feels the high standards maintained on every level. Will definitely go back and recommend it to friends and family. Kudos to everyone for doing a great job.

Take Advantage

This is the best deal in New Orleans! I travel to the Quarter at least once a month and this is without a doubt the best room for the money. Business or pleasure...dont pass it up.
