Not satisfied!!

The price end up being the price of the 3 1/2" stars next door hotel, common areas were not mainted, (dirty) Bath tubs don't drain, it happen to 3 out the 4 rooms we rented. To top it all of people at front desk were not freindly. The only good thing about was a clean bed!!

Great Location, but Needs Improvement

The hotel is in a great location. We have stayed there before, but its been about 2 years since the last time we stayed there. This time the room was dirty; the bathroom had ants everywhere; the towels were dirty looking and they had stained. The carpet was dirty. I felt like they gave us the worst room in the whole hotel. Our room was located towards the back of the hotel-it seems that we were the only people in the hotel. The hotels needs to be remodel from top to bottom.

BANG FOR THE BUCK

we weekend in orlando on the average of once a month, we only use the hotel for sleeping and spend the rest of the day on the go, price is a big consideration and at 30 bucks is was great and right next to the parks and even had breakfast it might only have been cereal, fruit, donuts and coffee or milk, but thats all you need is a light breakfast then onto the parks, room was what i expected for 30 dollars, would stay there again.

Dirty Bathroom!!!!

Location is great but hotel really needs cleaning...

Get what you pay for, great location for universal/sea world

This hotel was in a great location for sea world and universal studios. About ten minutes at the most with traffic. There were bugs and mosquitos in the room though and never enough towels for two adults and a child. Overall the stay was pleasant but not outstanding. Definietly worth what we paid for it but I won't spend much more than that if I decide to go back next year.

Bad curb appeal

The inside of the room was clean but needed some upgrades. The outside areas were aweful. It was very dirty, saw a few bugs in the elevator. Looked like hopefully some room renovations were being done. The best thing was the location to Universal. Other than that, I expected better from a national chain.

NEEDS REBUILD

IN GENERAL, THE HOTEL BUILDING IS IN BAD SHAPE: OLD SMELLY CARPETS, FAUCETS LEAKING, AND PLENTY OF PLASTER BATCHES ON THE CEILING. ON THE OTHER HAND, THE HOUSEKEEPING CREW DID THEIR BEST TO KEEP THE LINENS, ROOM AND BATHROOM CLEAN. TOWELS WERE CHANGED EVERYDAY. LOCATION IS GREAT (IF YOU ARE VISITING UNIVERSAL STUDIOS PARKS).

Great room for the money

The hotel has been recently renovated, for the money it's an excellent stay. Centrally located to all the attractions, but not in the middle of all the traffic. I had a very enjoyable stay.

Not Good

I understand that you get what you pay for but this hotel was definetly not even worth what we paid for the hotel was very dirty - the rooms where falling appart. The so called breakfast was discusting. i would only use this hotel if i had no other choice.

Cheap room / Needs Improvement

Recommend hotel if only for one night stay. Close to Universal Studios and other attractions other than this I would not recommend it. Got 2 rooms: 1 room had the carpet all wet from the air conditioner and the other room had a cigarette smoke smell to it. We had problems opening one of the rooms but the maintance guy did show up quickly to help us. Pool was nice. Breakfast was okay; was located where the bar is - didn't like it. We did find one of the quills to be riped. The rooms were located near the main highway, could hear the cars at night.
