If you just need a place to lay your hat, this is your hotel.

It was NOT clean and I'd have surely preferred it were. That said, the staff was polite and cooperative. They were also knowledgeable. The location was perfect for my agenda. The room had all the basic parts and the price could not be beat!

Needs lots of improvement

Carpet was stained. Bathroom was so old that it looked horribly dirty. Maid service did not show up. Remote didn't work. Phone in room couldn't dial out. The front desk said all this would be fixed by thetime I got back after work...none of it was done.

Could use improvements

I was driving from Michigan to a new job in the Keys. This hotel accepted pets, as most do not in the area. First, they could not find my reservation,I requested a non-smoking room, sinks had burn marks. Carpets were disgusting no room service on day 2, at midnight it was loud. The continental breakfast tasted old (how can you mess up donuts and mini muffins). My son did enjoy the pool.

needs inprovement

checked in. Did not have room I reserved. accepted change of class. Had to pay $2.50 facility charge, not even waived due to their unability to provide what I had reserved and paid for. Then given room key that another guest was already checked into. I scared the living daylights out of the female guest. Apoligized, returned for another room. Given another room that the door did not work on. Then given another key. Finally, got into room 45 minutes later.
