Best Miami Hotel

Great for your money but I think it's a little far from airport

I waited close to 2 hours for pickup from miami airport. I called several times and at first the front desk phone just rang and rang and rang. Finally I spoke to a real live person who promise me that the driver was on his way. After he picked me up, I realized the traffic was terrible. I was so glad that I finally arrived to finally rest my legs. Other than that experience the Hotel was fine.

Worst hotel EVER!!!

The staff was horribly rude and the hotel was not clean. It smelt horrible and they had no were around there to eat. When asking the hotel staff for help they treated you like you were an idiot. We had planned to stay 3 nights in this hotel but cancled 2 nights and suffered 1 night. I will never stay here again and i do not recomend this hotel to anyone. Hotels.com should take this one off there list.

Needs Improvement

I think this would be a nice hotel if some maintenance was done. The air conditioner leaked. The television was really old and the buttons were broken. The water was cold. The rooms are not inspected to make sure cleaning crew has the rooms finished before assigning it. The list goes on basically whoever owns this hotel has just let it go and just rents rooms. Would be helpful if they had a printer for the computer to print checkin boarding passes. The front desk people we responsive. I am sure a some point this was a wonderful hotel to visit and could be again.

what continental breakfast?

No continenetal breakfast..the only thing they had was bread,butter and coffee...the shower was also an expirience,not only was it dirty but water changes tempreture why you are showering...... they charge $8.00 parking and its not even secure parking...even though I had my parking fee waived.. Just wouldn'come back to this hotel unless they made serious changes

Great location and wonderful service

The hotel is located right off of US 1 and has the best staff available. We checked in at midnight and the front desk was so helpful they told us where to go for food at that time. We greatly recommend the hotel to everyone looking for a nice get away in Miami.

Needs Work

This hotel needs work. The elevators didn't work. Customer service was awful.

Unexpected Pleasure

This hotel is quiet and well hidden in the Miami Area. I especially like the parking and local area. The Hotel is Clean and Neat with an excellent staff.

It was good for the price. It was a last minute thing, and it worked out. Ive paid more at other places for less service.

Good Hotel, Funky Smell

Hotel was clean, cheap, and at a good location close to south beach and US 1 but the only downside is that the towels and rooms smelled a little on the rancid side.

Great for Cruisers

We were a group of 5 college students going on a cruise who needed a place to stay. The Best Miami was great because they have a secure parking garage at a much cheaper rate than the garage at the dock and the hotel has a free shuttle to and from the dock. We got in early (before 3:00 pm) and the staff was very nice and worked to check us in early. The room was nice but our air conditioning leaked so the carpet smelled a bit, but we were used to our college house so it wasn't too bad! The shuttle was easy, left at noon, and we were on our boat very quickly. We checked out, paid for 5 days in the hotel parking garage, and when we returned to the dock on Friday, the hotel shuttle was there to take us back to our car. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and the facilities/pool are beautiful. There is a very classy outdoor mall 4 blocks away and the University of Miami campus is nearby as well. If you're picky or high maintenance, you won't be happy. But if you're looking for a fun, cheap hotel, then you got it!
