Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 62Great room for the money
Outstanding value, close to the French Quarter, but far enough away to be quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was that the room air conditioner was noisy.

This hotel manages to make you feel like you are staying at home and provides outstanding service. This is the only hotel I will stay at in New Orleans. Great Place and good location.

Trip Type: Business Review 5 of 62Outstanding Boutique Hotel
A well maintained, older hotel conveniently located in the French Quarter. The customer service is topnotch and the staff goes out of their way to make your stay memorable. One night I came back to the hotel and was pleasantly surprised to find a very entertaining band playing in the lounge. I was in New Orleans for a conference and I was close to all activities and paid almost 50% less than staying at the host hotel. I would definitely stay at Le Pavilion the next time I visit New Orleans.

Trip Type: Business Review 9 of 62Elegant hotel with outstanding service
I got a great deal on this hotel. The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, and the hotel is an old New Orleans treasure- the French decor is beautiful.

Trip Type: Business Review 10 of 62Very Nice Hotel
As many with many older hotels in New Orleans, the rooms and bathrooms are a little smaller and the amenities older, but the hotel has character. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Though the location suited my business needs, I'm not sure I would walk alone in the area in the evening; however, it is a short cab ride away from restaurants and other attractions.

Trip Type: Business Review 12 of 62The Crown Jewel of New Orleans
Very elegant hotel. It was like traveling back in time. The only criticism I have is that I wish they coffee makers in the room. But I would most definately recommend this hotel for people visitng New Orleans.

Trip Type: Business Review 14 of 62Good hotel
It was convenient for what I had going on for the week. It is a beautiful hotel. I would have preferred a bigger room with a more comfortable bed. In my opinion, this hotel is a little pricey for the amenities.

Trip Type: Business Review 15 of 62Very, very happy with our experience
It's easy to give a good review when everything goes well. But, in this case, our good review is enhanced by the wonderful problem-solving capabilities of Le Pavillion's staff. Our adjacent neighbor left his TV on (loud) when he went gambling (I suspect so people would think he was in his room). The night manager could not help but the people during the day, including the woman and man at the desk, the person who cleaned our room and the housekeeper on duty solved the problem beautifully. Le Pavillion is lucky to have them as employees and we were ever luckier they were working for the hotel. The room (2 queens) was lovely, the amenities were great and we were very happy. The only thing I would have changed (except for that neighbor) was the coffee maker. A modern "pod" type, it did not make water for tea. Other than that, great.
