Great room for the money

I was surprised at how nice this was, with as close to Disney as it was. The staff was outstanding and went out of their way to accomodate us. The only thing I did not like was the time share spiel after you check in before you go to your room. Also, it says walking distance to Downtown Disney. We walked home the one evening and this is an incredibly LONG walk...however they have Disney transportation running every half hour.

Good For the Money

The location is great and the hotel was very clean. Bring your own toiletries because the ones they have there, which you have to request are far from designer as they advertize. Their comp. breakfast consists of a sandwich. Other then that it was clean affordable and very convenient if your visiting Disney World.

Good hotel.

I had a voucher from hotels.com and decided to finally use it on this hotel. I usually stay at Best Westerns and have pleasant experiences but have never been to this one. It was during low season and I had double beds booked. I asked how much it would be to upgrade to a King, and I got it for free! Great service from the front desk. I did not enjoy the automatic daily resort fee they include for transportation to Disney Parks, parking, etc. but it balanced out with the upgrade I got. Breakfast buffet has PLENTY of foods and very nice servers and a great price. Amazing location within walking distance to Downtown Disney AND a popular shopping center called The Crossroads. Stay if you can!

Very Happily Surprised

After reading some of the reviews I was a little wary of staying but tried it anyway.Wonderful! was I glad I did.The location was great!!Nearby to Disney and Seaworld,restaraunts galore within walking distance,the pool was sparkling clean and warm,the front desk was warm and inviting and very helpful with all my questions.Our room was sparkling clean and was kept that way during our entire stay. I would stay again and would recommend it to everyone.

Outstanding Hotel

What a Great Hotel!!!. My husband and I went for one night and a great room on the 16th floor (Disney side) saw the fireworks. The beds are great. The desk manager was wonderful.

Good Hotel, Great Location

we were heading to disney world and it was right up the road, we didn't even have to get on the highway. It was very comfortable, and very clean, I'd stay there again.

Outstanding Hotel

I read some of the comments before I booked my stay and I was a little worried to book from the bad reviews, but the hotel was GREAT! Super friendly staff, very close to Downtown Disney. I wouldn't walk there, but they have shuttles that come every 30 minutes to take you anywhere you need to go in Disney. The cab ride back to the hotel was only six dollars!! (you can't beat that) Also the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. They had a balcony that was furnished with a little table and chairs which I thought was really neat and they even had Bath and Body Works shampoo/cond/wash/body lotion. We had the king bed room and it was very big and clean. Next time I go to Orlando for a Disney trip, I will DEFINITELY be staying there again.

great location ...ok hotel

Room was fine, a little warn and could use some new carpets and towels. The bed was very comfortable and I like how all the rooms have balconies. Great location near downtown Disney. I wouldn't want to spend a whole week here but great if your just going for a night or two. They do charge $7.50/night for the "resort fee" - I think most of the hotels are doing that now.

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, THE ROOM WAS CLEAN & EVEN THE HOTEL HALLS SMELLED & LOOKED CLEAN. THE ROOM WAS PRETTY AVERAGE FOR THE PRICE THOUGH

Nice Room

When we arrived to check in, we were informed that they had no King beds (as requested via Hotels.com). We were told that we requested a Deluxe room instead of a King. She expressed pure shock upon seeing me remove my confirmation from my purse showing that we'd requested a King. She showed my receipt to someone in the back office and came back with a room number. However, being familiar with the business, that room must have been 'down' for some reason. I couldnt tell when we got to the room what it was but found out at about 2am when we returned to the room that the Heat was not working. I was too drained to call the front desk and move to another room so I slept fully dressed, since it was for one night. But, I must say the location, cleanliness, and overall condition was great. They did what they could to accomodate our requests and didnt know the temps would drop. Enjoy!!!

For the price that we paid and the location we had a great stay and would stay there again. Lots to do and places to eat.
