Extra charges were disappointing. It added 10%.

Marketing Representative

Needs Improvement. We had problems with the heating and air not working to our satifaction and the water pressure in the shower was very slow and did not heat very well. Also, the back door to our balcony would not open so it was a safety issue. We had to re-locate to another room. I would not go there again.

Convenient, and a great value!

I was very pleasantly surprised by the Lake Buena Vista Best Western. I hadn't visited the area before, and I didn't know what to expect. The hotel is on Disney property and is very clean, and conveniently located to other local hotels and Disney attractions via a free bus line which started its route right in front of the hotel every 30 min. Downtown Disney is right down the street, and you could be at several Disney parks within 10-20 minutes via the bus. I had a room with a king-size bed, and it also had a sofa bed. Double queen rooms are also available, and all the rooms have free Internet access. The hotel restaurants are pretty good, too, and have convenient hours, as does the little sundries store and Disney store in the lobby. A big shopping center with lots of restaurants, a big grocery, and other small stores (nails, etc.) is nearby. I was traveling alone on business, and I think it would be a great choice for singles, couples, or families!

Good for Quick Business Trips

This hotel is adequate for those needing a quick place to stay. Clean, fairly quiet, in a decent region of the city transportation-wise.

Good hotel--some little updates need to be addressed

I stayed at this hotel for a conference in the area. It was a great price comparative to the area. The hotel obby is very nice and the staff were very accommodating. The room was nice too, but it was obvious the areas that were chosen for renovation. The walls looked a little tired and the hardware on the doors, ec. were old and dated. The air conditioning system seemed to have two settings - freezing OR off. Overall, however a really good value and exceelent location. Just some nit-picky things overall.

Great room for the money

The stay was great and location was convenient. The food at both restaurants were good for breakfast and dinner and the prices are reasonable. The snack bar was a little pricey for bottled drinks.

Great for the Price

Stayed one night on business. Stayed in renovated room. New bed & looked like new wallpaper and paint. Give it a good two thumbs up. Only bad thing is they charge $6.95 "resort fee" but was not told what that got me and from what I gather not much or nothing. Also, this is charged at the location so you will have two bills, one from hotels.com and one from the property.

Bad Beds

For business travelers looking for a good nights sleep, look somewhere else. The pillows were flat and the bad was concave. The remote control barely worked and the internet service was slow. It looked like a good spot for families visiting the local parks.
