Good location, old hotel

Tub, toilet, sink and sheets very clean. Carpet and walls old and nasty. Walking distance to food, beach and all of Waikiki. I would not stay at this hotel again unless the management puts some money into upgrading the walls and carpet. Parking was excellent for $10 a day extra.
