Wonderful Tokyo Experience!

I was unfamiliar with the layout of Tokyo before arriving, so had to book this hotel based on other reviews. Thankfully, everything worked out. The hotel itself is beautiful, large and exactly what I was looking for. There's a free shuttle to one area of town (Hamamatsucho station) where you can take the water bus to Odaiba, and it's within walking distance of the ever-efficient subway system. Staff was very helpful, and though we couldn't check in early, I was able to get the room I wanted: high up and with a view of the Tokyo Tower off the balcony. Didn't get to use any of the facilities here, though they sounded wonderful. Naturally, I expected everything to be a bit pricey, so wasn't surprised by some of the charges against everything. That said, they offered a fairly priced airport bus trip which was a great ride. Highly recommended, would absolutely stay here again.

Best Customer Service Ever

I was very surprised at the outstanding customer service we experienced. We knew the people in Japan were helpful, but this was by far the best customer service we have received at any hotel. The views of the city are amazing from the upper floors and especially from the bar on the top floor. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

great stay

this hotel is very classy i felt like i was royalty, the staff is exellent and the english is great, the food was ok more japanese way but the stay was great overall.

Great Hotel

Stayed here two nights with my mother and was very impressed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location easy access to subway station. There is a bus that goes directly from Narita to the hotel. Beautiful views of Tokyo and Tokyo tower. Overall and amazing hotel. I would definitely stay here again

Amazing location - close to it all!

This hotel is all about location. It is close to it all. The 33rd floor observation deck has amazing views of the city. Only complaint is no wifi (but wired internet in every room) and the pool/spa is 20 yen a day. I'll definitely stay here again!

Well done. Close to two subway lines which is essential for getting around Tokyo.

Very Impressive

At the price I paid for the Prince Park Tower, I would not have expected the accomodations I received. The hotel was on park grounds, beautifully landscaped, and immpressive. A 2 minute walk from the nearest subway station made it extremely accessible. As far as nightlife after the trains stop running, we were able to walk from nearby Roppongi neighborhood, about a 15 minute walk. Overall, my experience was overwhelmingly pleasant and I would stay here again!

Beautiful hotel, great staff

The hotel was new and clean. The staff was extra friendly and very courteous. The location is great...1 block to the closest subway stop. We were there in August so it was incredibly hot and humid. The only downfall to the whole hotel was that we couldn't get the room cooler than about 70 F or 21 C. We like it extra cold in our hotel room.
