This's also first time for me in traveling Japan and I'm very pleased on the very sincere and prompt courtesy services by the hotel's staffs. It worths for what you pay regardless the purpose of the trip.

Trip Type: Family Review 5 of 10Outstanding Hotel
This is a beautiful hotel with many nice amenities. We really enjoyed the hot spring pool. The room was huge and comfortable with a terrific view of the Rainbow bridge. We upgraded to the premium package which gave us free access to the fitness club and hot spring pool, free breakfast in our choice of 3 restaurants, access to an executive lounge with free cocktails, coffee and tea and free champagne in our room every night. Well worth the it! Next door to the hotel is the Tokyo Tower and a beautiful Temple. The only drawback is you are a bit isolated, but there are subway lines nearby. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Trip Type: Family Review 7 of 10I love this hotel
This was my first trip to Tokyo, and this hotel helped me make up my mind to return as soon as possible. The hotel concierge staff was very attentive and went out of their way to help me find things on the map and point out ways to go on foot. They also were very attentive in general and checked with me virtually every time they saw me go out at night to make sure I had the name of the hotel in Japanese to give to a cab driver to return home. The location is great, not very far from the metro, which is very complex to figure out the first time but then very efficient and also relatively close to Rappongi Hills, which is where a lot of the expats go. I really cannot say enough about the hotel and my experience in Japan. Additionally, it is on the route of the bus to the airport in the morning, so for around 30 USD, you can take the bus, which beats dealing with the train out there or paying the cab the equivalent of 2 - 300 USD for a ride. (Narita is quite far from downtown Tokyo.) I have no complaints whatsoever with the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone staying there in the future.

This hotel is a monument to Japanese ingenuity and attention to detail. So new that it isn't shown on many printed tourist maps, it incorporates the best comfort and convenience features. The staff are extremely eager to please, but their English is often limited. Kids may be disappointed that the beautiful gym, pool, and spa are open only to those over 25 but the "Bowling Salon" may substitute. Try the French restaurant on the top floor with spectacular city views -- better than many in Paris. Take the shuttle bus from Narita -- the cab ride is an eye-popping $250.

Trip Type: Family Review 10 of 10Great Accommodations, Good Location For Tourists
If you want to take your family to vist Tokyo Tower, or the astonishing Zojoji Temple, this is the spot! Or, if you need to host a large business conference with 25-200 attendees, this is a terrific location. Or, if you're a wild single who wants to experience the nightlife of Roppongi, but want to stay in first-class accommodations, this is your place! But for business travelers who need quick access to trains or a variety of retail & restaurant options, this location isn't the most conveniently located. 15 minute walk from JR Yamanote line, with a free shuttle every hour, makes getting around easier, but late nights or off-schedule needs will require taxi service - still easy to get. Comfortable beds, great city, Tower, Temple or Rainbow Bridge views, and expansive conference rooms. In-hotel restaurants are over-priced IMO, but quality eateries are 10 minute walk. Service is very good, but not the best I've had in Tokyo. Still, I'd stay there again if location was not an obstacle.
