The Prince Park Tower Tokyo

Perfect Location

This hotel was located in a perfect area which allowed us to grab a quick cup of coffee in the morning and head out to catch the wonderful transit system available within a short walking distance in almost each direction. The grounds were beautiful to walk both day and night and the staff was more than helpful when called upon. Having never been to Japan nor speaking with anyone who had, we were extremely pleased with our choice!

Good room for the money.

Overall I enjoyed this room, and 4.5 star seems appropiate. Not a lot to do in the surrounding neighborhood, but very close to the subway. Great bathroom and shower. No english speaking tv channels. Very good service.

Outstanding Hotel, Very roomy for Japan, Great Views

Excellent Staff Service, gave 5 star treatmen. The room was large for Japan standards- enough to accommodate our family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2 small children). Everything was newly renovated, walking distance to Tokyo Tower. Quiet room in a busy city with a great view of Tokyo Tower and Japan Shrine. Restaurant on top floor has great views of Tokyo.

Great location. Easy access. Centralized. Safe and secure. Top notch. Great accommodations and attentive staff. Terrific amenities.

Outstanding Hotel

The hotel is located at very nice part of town. The staff is amazing and speaks good English. We had a beautiful view of the Tokyo Tower and surrounding areas. Our outings were planned well. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great views Great room

Hotel was very nice, but, expensive. Then again everything in Tokyo is expensive. The service was great. I did not like their coffee because I felt it was too weak. They replaced it with a double expresso at no extra charge. I thought that was a nice touch. The hotel is in a small park, near a subway. So, it was quiet yet accessible to everywhere

Very impressed

Great hotel, great service. Japan is one of last great service countries in the World. I usually stay at the Conrad or Westin when in Tokyo but due to new travel restrictions found this hotel and loved it!

Needs some improvement

I had the opportunity to say in an executive level room and regular room. Both are very different. The executive level room is modern with great amenities. The regular room is ok but a bit dated. I found the service in the hotel to be ok however some of the staff did not speak good English so communications was a slight problem. The hotel recommended us a Drag queen Geisha show, needless to say it was seedy and we left after 5 minutes. This hotel was fine however not it wasn't 'luxury' standards.

Great Suprise!

The reviews that I read before goin to this hotel were not that great so I was not expecting much. What a pleasant suprise. The hotel was amazing, the service, incredible. Price of room was great value...... The staff are great with most speaking some english. Only Negative was the bar and restuarant prices. They were by any standards exorbitant! The food and service was top notch but price was not in line with the rest of the hotel. Fortunately there are lots of reasonable restuarants fairly close by with better value.

Excellent Hotel!!

This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Floor to celing windows, multi-lingual staff and 5 star service. I couldn't have asked for more after a 14 hour flight!
