One of the best values in Miami, period.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I found this hotel at hotel.com and reviewed the comments from everyone that stayed there. I was a little apprehensive on the great comments that everyone wrote about the hotel. Well let me tell you, they are true!. This is a wonderful hotel and the staff was a great help. I will try to stay at this hotel whenever I travel from now on.

"Best value for a hotel in Miami"

I needed a place to stay for several days while my home was being tented. I found this place at hotel.com and reviewed the comments of all the guest. I thought that some of the reviews were a bit exaggerated, but found out that everything they said was true! I had a very pleasant stay without any problems! This hotel lives up to all of the guest's reviews and more. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to my friends and family. This is truly one of the best values in Miami.

Outstanding Value

The room was spacious, clean, well-appointed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone is not concerned about snob appeal of more expensive facilities but who wants a great place to stay.

Hotel Misrepresentation

Never stayed at this hotel because when we arrived to check in we found the hotel did not have any rooms with two beds, no courtesy van to the airport and no free breakfast. We cancelled the reservation we had for that day and also for our return stay. They gave us a hard time regarding crediting our credit card and we are still dealing with this. We went across the street to LaQuinta Hotel which offered everything we wanted at a lesser price.

A Refreshing Experience

My first experience with a Candlewood Hotel and I was very impressed. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. After learning that it was our first visit we got preferential treatment by the manager who gave us a tour of the hotel, welcome packs and free coupons for the hotel's little convenience store. I love the concept of this hotel chain. My only gripe would be that in order to get to our non-smoking room was located on a floor with both smoking and non-smoking rooms so the hallway smelt horrible. Because we were only staying one night, we didn't make a big deal about it.
