Great room for the money

Typical of hotels in San Diego... be aware of the $23 per night parking fee.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful Beautiful hotel and lovely grounds Enjoyed the spa experience Elevator nearest my room was out of order often during my stay. The patio area of my room could have been cleaner. Table was dirty with bird poo.

My friends and I stayed there over memorial weekend. When one of my friends climbed into be she noticed it was wet. We all smelt it and agreed it was urine. The hotel was very nice about getting us a new mattress, but the hotel was book so the new mattress was a twin size and not a queen. The hotel was also super nice about compensating us for this mistake.

Mini Bar

Just make sure you don't even touch the minibar. They charged us for stuff in minibar cause the stuff in there was touched.

Sheraton on the Bay

This hotel was a great bargain for all of the amentities, but was a bit inconvienient when it came to location.The hotel does overlook the harbor, but it's adjacent to the airport. Lots of noise and $22.00 for parking/ per night is a RIP! Great service people and awesome cleanliness. I'd recommend it, but be prepaired to pay for parking and take a cab downtown.

GREAT ATMOSPHERE!

THE MAIN LOBBY SMELLED FANTASTIC!!!!! I DONT KNOW HOW THEY KEEP THAT SMELL OF FLOWERS ALL DAY BUT IT IS VERY WELCOMING. EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I HAVE TO SAY I MY WIFE WERE VERY IMPRESSED!

Good Hotel with a parking problem.

The Sheraton was very well staffed and close to downtown San Diego. The Harbor view was great. They were renovating the swimming pool and had very loud jack hammering but was done between noon and five O'clock. The only thing that we were not expecting was the $22 a-day to park our car in the only parking lot, it added up to a huge unexpected expense.

Amazing Hotel...Even More Amazing View

My sister and I stayed in this hotel and this was her first time in San Diego and we both absolutely loved it. We had a room overlooking the water and waking up to that in the morning was priceless.

Hotel is wonderful

Hotel was wonderful, room nice and spacious, bed big and comfortable. hotel service is awesome. The only issue was location. We didnt drive nor did we rent a car. So walking wasnt easy but the shuttle takes you to city buses that can get you everywhere. (This tacks on a good amount of time.)
