Trip Type: With Friends Review 1 of 87ZaZa is Awesome
Warm, casual mood but definitely upscale - food was amazing, room and hotel decor very chic. Ordered lots of room service, spent a couple days at the pool and enjoyed the pool bar nightlife. Weekends are very busy - pool was packed but fun crowd.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 2 of 87Great location
This hotel is close to everything and was very comfortable. No bathtub though, only a shower.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 5 of 87Very Fun Place to Stay
Service is excellent and friendly. There is lots of fun people watching even on a relatively slow Friday night. ZaZa's driver took us in the ZaZa Escalade to and from our restaurant down the street. We had a GREAT time there and will stay there again.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 7 of 87Great Hotel, Just don't go for the Pool
The hotel was a great deal and the room and the entire hotel was super nice and swanky. Valet parking was easy, you can't park yourself. They had a shuttle that drove you anywhere in a 4 mile radius of the hotel. The only two negatives were that the high speed internet and the wireless were so slow you couldn't use the internet at all. It was faster to just use your cell phone internet. The other thing to consider is that the pool is nice and fun to watch from the balcony but is not a place to relax. Most of the time the pool was filled with non-guests because they share the pool with surrounding condos. So, don't go here if you want to just relax by the pool, you probably won't be able to get in.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 8 of 87ZaZa Glamour
Very chic, hip and trendy! Hotel ZaZa is perfect for those that want party it up and be part of the "it" crowd. Service was impeccable, upgraded room (Moulin Rouge) was fabulous, and the bar was always hopping. It was a girls weekend away, so we had a blast. I would not recommend it for a romantic, quiet experience, but if you want to have fun stay at ZaZa. The only disappointment was that the pool area was very small and it was tough for thirty-somethings to feel comfortable around the twenty-something beef-cakes and wanna-be models tossing beach balls around the pool. There was no room to maneuver or for any privacy. Reading a book was impossible with all of the distractions. It is definitely a scene. If you do want to seek the poolside, go very early to get a seat because by 10 am the pool and the lounge chairs are full.

The Hotel ZaZa in Dallas, Texas was absolutely great. The staff was so friendly and helpful with all our needs. I would recommend this hotel again and again and I do plan to stay there the next time I am in Dallas.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 11 of 87Complimentary Breakfast
I received a card that said breakfast was complimentary. It said it was good for two people for up to 30 dollars. Five of us went to breakfast that morning, and we left 2 cards. That should be good for up to 60 dollars. Our bill was 79 dollars, but for some reason, when we checked out, each person had 26 dollars for breakfast on their bill. I tried to explain this to the front desk, but they gave me some stupid explanation as to why it was there and would not take it off. If you get a card for breakfast, don't be fooled. Other than that, great hotel.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 13 of 87Eye Candy Hotel
A FEAST FOR THE EYES!!!!! We loved the Hot Tamales at the front desk at check in. All the art work, furniture and the photos in the hallways were a treat to look at. The tootsie rolls on our way to the pool were the munchies we needed. My only complaint was NO FROZEN DRINKS at the pool bar. Get a frozen Margarita Machine out there. It wasn't that hot for our stay but mid summer in Dallas~ Frozen concoctions are needed!!!!!!! Our 50th Birthday slumber party was a blast at ZaZa!!!!
