Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 58Needs a Facelift
I was disappointed in this hotel. My room was very humid, it didn't matter how warm or cold I made it, my room always felt sticky. Room service is closed during the day during certain hours, my toilet was dirty, the room smelled musty or moldy, and everything needs a new coat of paint. One good thing though is my bed was very comfortable.

Trip Type: Business Review 4 of 58Expect to may more at check in..
If you book it on Hotels.com you only pay part of the fees. When you arrive and check in they charge you an additional "Resort Fee" that is not included in the payment you have already made to hotels.com. If you are budgeting and need it to be the price you expected, don't book this hotel. I use hotels.com often and this is the first time I got to the hotel and was charged more. This hotel is clean and comfortable. Good for the money.

Nice hotel, the pool was great. Across the street from downtown Disney. Free shuttle buses to all four parks.Good parking too, only problem was the shower took quite a while to heat up.

Trip Type: Business Review 9 of 58Mixed review.
Check in was friendly and fast; our room was available before the promised 4pm check-in. Our room had a beautiful view of Downtown Disney but the balcony was extremely small. Also, the sliding door to the balcony could use maintenance (very hard to open and close). Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean but we found a used coffee filter and coffee grounds in our in-room coffee pot. We decided not to make any coffee in our room. How clean could these machines be if they aren't being washed with dish soap or run through a dishwasher? We had a room with two queen size beds. This room is much bigger than the Disney value resorts we've stayed in (i.e. Pop Century). This room also had a very cold mini fridge and a safe big enough for my laptop. We were here on business, so we did not "test" the Disney shuttle. The room had a nice desk to work at and a very comfortable chair to go with it. Had no problems with the wifi. Table service in the sports bar was the worst I've encountered in probably 15 years. Terrible. Great location and a very short walk to Dowtown Disney shops and restaurants. I would suggest eating there instead of the hotel. We loved our meals at the House of Blues. BTW, the Outback in the hotel is NOT the chain you are used to. Great meeting facilities but the food was really sub-par (and I'm not that picky). Nice hotel but not cheap. I personally wouldn't stay here again because of the price, unless our group had our event here again.

Trip Type: Business Review 12 of 58It's Disney controlled
It's a Disney property and wonderful. Ground transportaion became a bit expensive because the staff has been trained not to tell you about the availability of taxi's and the Lynxx bus($2.00)if you are going to a property other than Disney owned, they suggest the Towne Car ($30.00) roundtrip for a four mile trek. News and "regular" non Disney T.V. shows was limited. The property was well maintined, conveniently located, reasonably priced and had great amenities. I would definitely return.

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 58Outstanding "spa-like " Hotel
From the moment I entered my room, I was completely relaxed. I loved the white plush towels, lots & lots of white pillows on the plush bed with it's white covers, the free standing bathroom vanity, glass-enclosed shower, flat screen tv, and spa-like mirrors. I loved the whole feel of the room. Look forward to a return visit.
