Trip Type: Special Event Review 1 of 2A bit over-priced and service could be better
Upon arrival, it took more than one hour for the front desk to find our reservation because they had misspelled my last name by one letter. We mentioned this upon departure when we asked for late checkout by 1 hour, but they still couldn't extend the checkout time. In general, we were pretty disappointed by the level of service considering how much the room cost. Other than that, the hotel was nice and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. We had one of the pool-side rooms with King-size bed, and it was nice to have the pool and sun-chairs only 5 m away. The breakfast was a pretty simple buffet, nothing spectacular. Most of the other guests at the hotel were Australians. We didn't see many Europeans or domestic tourists. We have stayed at much nicer resorts in Bali for a similar price, but Seminyak is expected to be a bit pricier.
