They tried

We checked into the hotel at a rather late time (previously booked this way). The first room we were given had towels on the bathroom floor and counter. They moved us to a second room that was supposed to be non-smoking (per our reservation) and smelled badly of smoke. Moved us to a third room which seemed okay till we discovered that someone had used the toilet and never flushed it. By this time, we were so tired, we just couldn't move anymore. The beds were great, the breakfast was great and the staff seemed concerned about our situation. I would stay there again but would hope we'd find out room in much better shape.

"Great room for the money"

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations. The televisions in the room needs to be updated and the pay per view movie ordering didn't work. Overall, this hotel is a good value.

Great stay for the money

This hotel was great. Our room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Best of all the hotel had complimentary beer, wine, soup and salad. Fantastic! The hot buffet breakfast was also great. Would love to stay here again anytime we're in the area!
