Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 20Outstanding Hotel
The suite was clean, quiet, and very confortable and roomy. The staff went out of the way to make our stay excellent; from the time we checked in to checking out. It is a great place for the price!!! I will stay there again and will most certaintly recommend it to others. Just a wonderful stay.

Trip Type: Business Review 4 of 20Great value for the money
Very convenient to the airport with a courtesy shuttle service. Staff very pleasant and helful. I like the Hawthorne Suites because they are family owned and pride of ownership shows. I will certainly stay there again.

Trip Type: Business Review 5 of 20Better Hotels in the Area
Got to my room and other people were already in it. Front desk staff was very rude and could not have cared less about the fact that my 2nd room had a door that would not close properly and that my sink was backed up.

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 20Tryout with this hotel failed ......
I was given the furthest room from the front desk...a hike to say the least. The shuttle took FOREVER to get to the airport...should have taken a taxi.....I checked in late...room was very warm...waited for it to cool....at 11:30 pm....didn't cool but didn't want to change rooms or call for someone when ready for bed and had to get up at 5:30 am....terrible, hot, muggy night...83 degrees in room at 6 am....Desk said "sorry"......breakfast was "so-so".....not near as nice as Embassy suites where you know that you will get the best. I thought I would try this less expensive hotel but I don't believe I will return........

Trip Type: Business Review 9 of 20Great even for a quick stay
The proximity of this hotel to the airport is a great convenience with many restaurants close by. Shuttle bus driver and front desk personnel were friendly and accommodating. The room had all the comforts of home and plenty of space.

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 20Decent airport hotel - could use some improvement
Pros: restaurants nearby, proximity to airport (and complimentary shuttle), large rooms (we had a King suite), nice bed linens, friendly shuttle driver. Cons: very firm mattresses and pillows, uncomfortable sofa and chair in living area, one towel in bathroom had a blood spot (not a stain) on it when we arrived, airport shuttle took 45 minutes for pick-up despite being less than 2 miles from hotel. We were here for two nights while attending a convention at the hotel connected to the airport (which charges $17/day for non-guest parking), so the shuttle was convenient. One night, we had to park at an adjacent hotel's parking lot because all of the parking spots were full. Overall, it was pretty clean and a nice stay, but a little expensive for the area and amenities offered.

Gracious staff and nice afternoon hospitality happy hour, along with an average breakfast included.

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 20Great Suite with Added Value
The suite was perfectly wonderful and would have been even better if I had had a longer stay since it was like a 1 bedroom apt. with a great price. All accomodations were well kept and the staff were very professional and polite. I would make a couple recommendations: 1. softer bath towels would be a plus 2. evening receptionist needed help that evening as the phone and check ins kept her too busy. The free breakfast every morning (and more than just continental) and the beer & wine every evening with soup and salad was truly an added value. I would definately stay there again.

Trip Type: Business Review 14 of 20Good for the Money
We initially thought this hotel was an "imitation of Embassy Suites".... not exactly. But, if you need an inexpensive, clean place to sleep, it's a good pick. There are no amenities or conveniences. The morning breakfast was fairly blah (dry, powdery eggs and some type of sausage - everything else was your basic continental breakfast) - not anything like Embassy so don't get you're hopes up! The staff was extremely kind and the room was clean. That's about it.

Trip Type: Business Review 15 of 20I won't stay there again!
The bathroom in the room did not work properly. I contacted maintenance who came in and "fixed" the problem. The toilet did not flush the entire time of my stay and I had to use the convention room restroom down the hall. They did not compensate me at all for the trouble I went through just to use the restroom.
