Good for the money

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Everyone was responsive to my needs. My room was comfortable too. I wouldn't recommend walking around the area at night, but during the day it is perfectly fine. While the prices in the restaurant were a little high, the dishes I ordered were good so I didn't mind paying a little more for them. I would stay here again.

A Great Deal

This hotel is fantastic! As soon as we arrived, our bags were taken to our room. The room was very clean and the A/C was already running. We had a great view from the fifth floor of the neighborhood. In the distance, we could see Boston. The neighborhood may seem OK, but it thrives with Brazilian and Greek culture. There was a Giant free breakfast at the Grill, and the free van service took us to the Airport in 7 minutes. Recomend to everyone!

Great room

The hotel was very nice. The bed is very confortable and the people are very nice as well. It is very clean. The neighborhood is not very nice and it is not that close to public transportation. Overal we were very satified. The parking is free.

Holiday Inn Somerville, June 2009

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Somerville for two days. The room was nice and clean, with extremely comfortable beds. Big TV and fridge. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to a subway stop.

needs improvement

Air conditioner extremely noisy and did not keep the room comfortable. Also, bed was not comfortable, and all pillows were down.

Great Hotel

This is a well maintained Great hotel, with friendly courteous s staff, the only drawback is that other businesses have not sprung up in the area to support the hotel.

Pretty good hotel

The only draw back to this hotel is the noise...at about 2:30 in the morning we were awoken to quite some racket (just a lot of talking). Apparently this hotel is near a bar and for whatever reason on a Thursday night, there were a lot of people there and talking quite a bit afterwards. The police in fact had to break up the crowd. No fights, no shouting, no problems but the noise lasted a good 45 minutes. If you are on a business trip, this place may not be the best choice. That being said, the hotel is very nice, staff is also very nice. and food is good too. And a historic site, the spot where Paul Revere was captured and subsequently escaped from the British is located right on the hotel site.
