Great room for the money

Enjoy view across channel watching tug boats, clean room, bed a bit uncomfortable, but was overall a nice stay.

Terrible! Emergency alarm went off, had to evacuate hotel!

I don't even know where to start!!! The hotel might have been nice on the 90's BUT..... its 2009!!! Paid for king size suite, got standard room queen. So, filthy!!! Hair all over the bathroom. While taking a shower the water would not drain. No complimentary newspaper "as advertised" Etc.......... But none of what I have mentioned before was the worst that happened...... How do you feel about being woken up by an "emergency alarm" telling you to stop what you are doing and get out of the building NOT USING ELEVATORS, when you are on the 14th floor???? I guess it would be OK if there was an actual emergency going on, but what about... "Oh, they were just doing some maintenance work and they activated the alarm. I am so sorry, you can now go back to your room!!!! **@#! Are you serious??? **Keep out**

a very big disappointment

ok first of all the hotel safe deposit even if you dont use,room deposit, plus manadory valie parking of $25 dollars and if you dont know area, you are stuck. the room was not clean very old lookin.The drawers in dress had a 2 inch gap in them.Breakfast was coffee/juice and small roll.Will never stay there again. Needs alot of improvement its gives hotel.com bad rep.

Good room for the money

cost extra $25 to park your car , but thats pretty much wherever you go in any big city

While the personal service was Exceptional the quality for the price was questionable. The bed was like sleeping on the floor and they did not have our room that we had reserved available.

Awesome Hotel & Staff

This was excellent i mean the breakfast the room everything i had an awesome experience. i would love to stay there again.

needs upgrade

no parking no microwave no convenient drinking water no refrigerator i ended up spending lots of money for parking.

Convenience at a great price

This hotel's location was ideal when attending a concert at James L Knight Center because its right next door. The hotels.com rate made it even more ideal. I'll never hassle with driving to and from a concert or downtown event again.

Nice Experience

Considering parking was $20 a night. It was nice getting off in front of the hotel every night and having someone else worry about parking. Some of the valets were a pleasure to work with and others needed improvement on there friendliness. The hotel is located next to a metrorail station which cost nothing to ride which was great because Biscayne Bay shopping center was right around the corner. Which is full of nice shopping spots and restuarants. And so was a casino boat and other pleasures. The hotel location and amenities were right for the price I paid per night and I was very satisfied with my visit.
