Trip Type: Business Review 7 of 16I strongly recommend this resort
I highly recommend this resort and will certainly use it again. It's cheap and very good quality because the resort is a time-share condominium, and hotel guests stay in the nicer condo units. Guests are under no obligation and don't have to attend one of the breakfast sales seminars, but the place is so nice you might well consider it once you're there. I did not elect to purchase myself, but I did attend the optional sales presentation. In exchange I got a good sum of cash and a huge discount on Disney tickets, plus other stuff. I'm not posting the amount here because those amounts probably change, but the value I got was equivalent to the cost of 1.75 nights and was well worth the 45 minutes I spent having a free breakfast. While at the presentation, I did realize that purchasing a time share with a network like Sheraton / Starwood is a good deal because you can stay at any place in the network. Things I really liked about this resort: 1. Really nice units 2. Really nice community facilities, such as pools, spas, fitness centers, shops. 3. Bike and cart rental. 4. Great places to run/jog/walk. 5. Very nice lakes. 6. Lots of cute birds walking around all over. 7. Excellent location close to Disney and other places. 8. WiFi all over. 9. Units are decked out with great jacuzzi, really excellent beds, washer/dryer, full kitchen, patio/deck, etc., etc. 10. Cheap! Much cheaper than other hotels and such.

Trip Type: Business Review 8 of 16Not a Starwood quality hotel
My husband and I are Starwood members for many years and try if possible to book Starwood hotels. This was our first trip with our 7 month old son so we decided on the resort with a few more amenities (not without a cost). The customer service and housekeeping was awful. I call ahead to make sure that they would have a crib for my son when I got to the resort they brought a playpen. Not to mention the rusted out appliances in the kitchenette area and the left over crumbs and food on the floor. This resort expects to sell timeshare to their guests. In my opinion, it would be a very hard sell after my experience at this resort. The good parts are the pools( if open) and activities at the resort.

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 16OK - but out dated
I stayed here on business just 1 night. I usually stay in a Westin or Sheraton and tend to be very pleased. This particular Sheraton felt very outdated. They do not have the "sweet sleeper" bed in the area I stayed. The decour felt like it was from the 80s. The up side was the rate was reasonable for the space. 3 double beds, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and living room. Far more than I needed but could be good for a family or group of people. Overall the stay was OK, people were nice, service was relatively good. I would not stay here again unless it was my only option.

We stayed in a newly renovated building. The entire property was clean and well maintained. Extremely nice and well worth the money.
