Trip Type: With Friends Review 2 of 35Great if size is not an issue
The Hotel has a great location with easy walking to Pike Place Market and a longer, but doable, walk to Qwest Field and Safeco Park. Parking is convenient (albeit not cheap) and the valet area leads one right into the lobby. The lobby is quaint and nothing elaborate, but allows for quick business at the counter. You can tell that space is limited because of their downtown location but they do make the most of it. There is plenty of shopping and dining options in the area with a Sushi restaurant just past the lobby. It also doubles as a breakfast joint in the morning. It is small, but a good atmosphere, good food, and a friendly staff. The rooms are beautifully decorated but from what I could tell not much in the way of views. They are also quite small, so I would only suggest for business travelers, couples, or anyone that wants to leave the kids at home. My room was very clean and the halls were always quiet. They even left a complimentary paper outside my door, which was a nice touch. Street noise was very minimal. My only disappointment was the size of the room and, as a result, the lack of additional furniture. I was pleased with every other aspect of my stay. If you don't need the square footage and want an effecient, cut to the chase type of hotel, I would highly recommend this place. If you're one that craves the pampering, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 3 of 35Good location and good value for the money
The hotel is conveniently located to shop around and to take public transporations. Underground bus station is one block from the hotel, and Pike market and the areas are walking distance. Valet parking only and it's expensive. Also, internet access is not free. Overall, the hotel provides good value. However, I did not like some of the people at the front desk. They are not friendly and almost rude as if they do not want to treat us with full respect as we did not pay full price for the stay.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 4 of 35Amazing Hotel with all the luxuries!
I loved having two cozy robes waiting for me and the bedding was smooth as butter! The staff could have been a bit more friendly, however the hotel was awesome.

The Paramount Hotel in Seattle was an extremely nice hotel with very good service. I wish there were more options for room service and that the rooms were a tad larger but overall I had an excellent visit.

Our stay in Seattle was made all the better by this hotel. Clean, comfortable, and really good beds. Location was excellent with Pikes and monorail w/in walking distance. Also, the restaurant downstairs was open late when most others were all ready closed.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 9 of 35Great Hotel
We had tickets to a show at the Paramount Theater that night, so that was the deciding factor in picking The Paramount Hotel. There is an excellent sushi bar downstairs with a fun staff and across the street a great steak restaurant. The entire staff from the valets, to the front desk person, to the bartenders in the sushi bar were some of the nicest people I have ever met in Seattle. The room was comfortable and clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Great place to stay and can't wait to go back again someday.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 11 of 35Excellent location & very nice hotel!
A friend and I got tickets for a concert at the Paramount and needed to be within walking distance of the venue. This is exactly what we got and we were also within walking distance of Pike Place Market. The hotel was very nice and the rates for this kind of hotel were very reasonable. There are many fabulous restaurants, coffee shops and lots of shopping close to the hotel. Dragonfish ~ The restaurant at the hotel was Outstanding! I would definitely stay there again. The only thing I would change is the front desk clerks ~ they could be a little friendlier.

This hotel was not only inexpensive but it was totally done in style of a four star hotel. The rooms are amazing and the entire building has been remodeled. The sushi bar downstairs offers awesome happy hour drinks and food! Beds? OMG so comfy!
