Outstanding Hotel

I love this hotel. The staff is very friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for business or pleasure. I was close to my meetings during the day and just a block away from great shopping and restaurants at night.

Needs improvement

Although the location of the hotel was very good, the walls and ceiling are paper thin. I could hear conversations clearly next door and above me. It was difficult to sleep because of the noise.

Uncomfortable beds

Hotel is great until you climb into bed. The beds are uncomfortably soft with hard pillows and extremely heavy comforters.

Great Hotel

The hotel room was great. The service was great and the hotel was perfectly located. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I will stay again.

Good comfort, good value.

Very nice rooms in a great location. Only drawback is that the A/C unit in room is quite loud. Woke me up every time it came on. Ear plugs will probably get you through the night. Comfortable beds and very clean bathrooms. Included morning USA TODAY paper at your door.

Excellant value

This hotel is very nice and conveniently located. It's very close to all the downtown shopping, convention center and pike street market. If you are there for a convention I would highly recommend it since it is only a block away.

take a taxi instead

Loved my stay and the comfortable rooms with the exception of the driver the concierge hired me, he was rude and charged more than agreed.
