Great room for the money

The room was comfortable, check-in was fast, and the location is convenient. It is accessible by NJ Transit bus 554. If driving, it is easy to see from the highway and is close to shopping, being a block and a half away from stores. I had a pleasant and wonderful stay at the hotel!!!

Great Place to stay

Room is clean, very secure, they have security cameras in 6-7 locations. There can be some noise through the wall and I talked to the manager and he wanted to talk to the guests about it but I told him not to. There is an elevator and washer and dryer available. Staff is super Friendly

Great room and service for the money

I did not like the fact my drivers license was scanned into the computer and the worst is they did not even tell me that they will do it. Every part of the stay and service was above expectation.

Needs Improvement

While it is one of the newest motels it had major problems as follows: *Toilet did not flush solids *Minute button on alarm clock did not work *I had to move heavy marble topped bureau and bed stand to plug in lamps * Styrofoam cups are not exceptable for wine or any adult beverages

Great Hotel for the money

It was great, nice area the price was lovely and when i return back to New Jersey i will be staying there and i'm going to get a room with a jacuzzi.....i can't wait

Good Value

Crystal is an exceptionally good value. Granite counter and table tops, large plasma TV, a large work table, and microwave with refridgerator all were unexpected but appreciated. The bed was extra firm, so for some that may be a concern. Only issue was thin walls, and my wall neighbors had no intent of being neighborly.

great room for the money

i plan on making this hotel my number 1 choice when i stay in atlantic city. felt safe and comfortable the hotel time. very accomodating staff.

Hotel has been remodel

The rooms have been recently updated in march 2008. You can still smell fresh paint. The flat screen TVs are great but only offers few channels to watch. For some reason our rooms were not cleaned during our stayed. There was an issue with the housekeeping.
