Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 3Great Hotel
Really enjoyed the hotel and its location. Most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. My room overlooked the pool and my only complaint is the loud, thumping party music until 2AM. It was a Saturday and the front desk did warn us it would be loud - but till 2AM was excessive. Overall, great stay and would come back if I could get the same great deal. Thank you!

Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 3Would not recommend this hotel for many reasons...
This is a very beautiful hotel. But, there are several reasons why I would not recommend staying here. First, valet parking was ridiculously high. We had a rental car and ended up finding a cheaper spot to park. Second, on the second day we were there, our room was not cleaned and we were forced to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes (this was in the late afternoon when you would expect to come back to a clean room). Third, our telephone did not work. I asked the hotel staff to fix it and while they were pleasant about it, nothing got fixed. Fourth, the room was a lot smaller than expected. It also seemed as though the hotel staff was inconsistent about who they catered to. For example, we were waiting in the lobby for our room to get cleaned, and everyone in the lobby but us got served with water. As I stated earlier, this is a gorgeous hotel but I would not stay here again...

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 3Really needs to work out the kinks....
We only stayed there for one night and was it an experience hahaha. First off we get awaken by the music from the lounge downstairs. It was 1:30 AM. We complained to the front desk and had our room moved. By that time it was after 2:00 am. A couple hours later the maid came knocking on our door asking to clean the room. So we really didnt get any sleep because of this. Then looking at my bank account on sunday morning I noticed a charged of over 160.00 that was never mentioned to me. I wouldnt have mind if they would have just told me. I bought the preview package and they charged me for parking which was included. The hotel itself is nice but you can really tell that it just opened and no one knows alot of things. So beware of charges that just come up. The hotel decor etc is amazing, the service is good from only the certain people that know what they are doing.
