Expensive but posh

You'll pay through the nose, but at least you'll feel like you're staying at a luxurious hotel.

Could not ask for more!

This place was awesome! Great location, service and overall experience. This was a business trip, and I got to relax and unwind after work!

Expensive!

Room could be cleaner for the price. Everything was dusty. Only surface cleaning seems to be done. Flowers on the windowcill can be pretty, but only if they are clean and not all dusty.

POSH SOUTH BEACH HOTEL IN SAN DIEGO

THIS HOTEL IS VERY CHIC. THEY HAVE A VERY COOL POOL ON THE FOURTH FLOOR, AND THE ROOMS ARE UBER COOL. I LOVED HOTEL, I WISH IT WAS IN A BETTER NEIGHBOURHOOD, DOWNTOWN SAN DIEGO IS PRETTY UGLY. I WOULD GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL IN A SECOND.

Cannot recommend it

The neighborhood was marginal. The room design (ours anyway) was uncomfortable: specifically, no desk space (TV covering most of the surface) and frosted glass sliding door into bathroom (OK if you like watching your spouse heeding the call of nature). The staff were extremely nice, but they are stuck with the building's location and design.

Disappointing

This is supposed to be the new ultra-chic downtown ultra-luxe hotel, but what I found was a very mundane room, and a lot of problems. Staff was very friendly, but got many things wrong (such as my name). Had to request my folio emailed to me 4 times before it was sent. I made a suggestion for improving service, and was brushed off by the customer service staff. There's nothing wrong with this hotel, it's just that there's nothing particularly right with it either. I wouldn't pay a premium to stay here as opposed to one of the other chic downtown hotels.

Great Hotel! Great Service!! Great food!!

Everything was perfect. The breakfast was excellent. The service was the best. I highly recommend it. The decoration was very nice.
