Save Money but Lose on Location

Extremely attractive Hotel room $$. However, be aware that you will likely shell out enough money in taxis to get to the strip that you might as well stay at the MGM grand or others. Hotel isn't bad but far from the center of the action.

Fun! FUN! Fun! Wow, what a great hotel!

We spent one night at the Rio and it was non stop Fun. the people that worked there were very accommodating and if you looked lost they would step up and point out a restaurant or show. The room was great the view of the strip was fabulous. I would recommend the hotel and the Buffet. it was great food, a little pricey for an entry cost but overall great!

Loved It!

Had a wonderful time staying at the Rio. Check-in was a breeze. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very very spacious. The bathroom was large also. It was very well-kept. The bed was really comfortable. The room was exceedingly clean. No complaints at all. My hubby and I will definately stay here again. It's about a 5 min. drive away from the Strip. I totally recommend this hotel.

Get what you pay for

Great hotel me and my friend loved it! Except the fact that the first night we were placed in a handicap room. We were moved to a regular ( I say better ) room the next morning. Really liked the floor to ceiling windows, even slept with the curtains open just so we could fall asleep while seeing the view!

Nice place to stay -

Nice place to stay if you are looking for something off the Strip. Front desk was very friendly, let us check in quite early. Room was extremely clean and bed comfortable. A little wear on the carpet and could use some updating, but cleanliness is most important to me and it was. The casino is very dark compared to other properties. The pool is fabulous and where we spent a lot of time. Buffet is great, but pricey. Spent more time at the property across the street - cheaper eats and way looser video poker. Did use the shuttle to the Strip, very convenient. The price offered was great which is why we chose this property.

It was a very nice, comfortable room. The service was great. I had forgotten to add my boyfriend to the guest list when making the reservation and when calling Rio they told me it needed to be added thru Hotel.com so i emailed hotels.com and when they got back to me very quickly to let me knwo that they had contacted the Rio to let them know the other guest name the Rio already had made a note of it from my original call and left me with the name of the desk person tehy spoke with so my boyfriend would have that if needed for checking in before me. It was very nice to pay such attnetion to detail that would make a difference in my stay but was really a very small thing in the grand scheme of how many thousands of calls and people they deal with. Thank you to both Rio and hotel.com.

that`s great hotel

I stayed rio all-suite hotel. staff was very friendly and quick check in and out.room was very large and cheap than another hotel`s standard room.I very recommend that hotel.
