Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 192Nice stay
Front desk was very helpful, my husband needed a wheelchair and they offered it for free for the duration of our stay. Rooms are very spacious, room service food is very good. The only down fall in any of the Las Vegas hotels is the smoking.

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 192Needs improvement
Overpriced. First room assigned smelled like sewer gas, 2nd room although non-smoking as requested, smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. A housekeeper in the hall said the people in the room next door the night before were heavy smokers. She sprayed something in the air and it was improved. Too tired to ask for 3rd room. Ashtrays at all elevators overflowing and smelly. Room service brought wrong order first time, had to go back to kitchen to get correct tray. Entire hotel needs maintenance; outdated, shabby.

Trip Type: Business Review 7 of 192Nice room for the money
The room was fabulous and spacious, the view not so good on my floor but very comfortable and safe. It was convenient for the seminar I was atttending and I would stay there again just for fun.

Trip Type: Business Review 8 of 192Customer Service needs help
Great room for the price, customer service is in need of a lot of help. The night staff is very unhelpfull and once you find them unwilling to help.... I spent over a hour walking the Casino looking for my room or someone to help me find my roo. But once in the room, the room was large, and overall a great buy for the price....

Trip Type: Business Review 10 of 192Quality stay
Rio is nice, not too far off the strip, close to the Palms, Buffett rocks and rooms were nice. I give it a B+

Trip Type: Business Review 12 of 192Great!
Aside for this casino not being right on the strip, the pricing and overall quality of the hotel is a great experience. I would strongly recommend this hotel/casino to anyone visiting Las Vegas

Trip Type: Business Review 15 of 192They just can't get their act together!
I have stayed there before...I asked for internet service...spent 2 hours trying to get it...to no avail...then was told by a third party vendor that there was no interet service in my room! This time I got internet service after reminding them twice! but now I can not get the bill for it and I have spent 30 minutes requesting it!
