The Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach

EXCELLENT SERVICE

this hotel has excellent service and is very detailed. Front desk was very nice, especially Rueben. Rueben is very dedicated to his work and really cares about his clients. I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great vacation right on the beach. The only thing that I do not recommend at this hotel and is not owned by the hotel is the Plantation Spa located on the PH level of this hotel. Again, this spa is not owned by the hotel so if you would like a spa experience go else where.

we miss the hawaiian band

we have not visited for 5 years and we miss the old happy hour with discounted well drinks and hawaian band. they have one singer but not quited the same. the sunset is still beartiful.

My Favorite Hotel in Waikiki !

I love this hotel, the renovations are really nice. It has my 3 favorite resturants. However, the walls are rather thin and the street can be nosey because Waikiki is a busy area.

Great Hotel

Lovely hotel; great restaurant, "Duke's", on site. The staff was most accomodating and gave us complimentary breakfast coupons for our whole visit. Beach was right outside the door. My only complaint is the walls are not particularly soundproof, but not bad enough to choose to go elsewhere. I would definitely stay here again.

All Outrigger Hotels are not the Same

This Outrigger hotel is in the best location. The beach is the happening spot, it's across the street from the International Market, the lobby is very nice. The rooms have amazing views, and the room we booked on hotels.com had a balcony. It costed 30 bucks more than the room we got at Outrigger Reef and it was well worth it! The Outrigger Reef is a bit more outdated although they are upgrading it, we still lost out. Our room there was tiny, no balcony and we had a view of a building which was about 50 feet away compared to the view of the ocean we had at the other hotel.
