Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 26Great Value
This was a great value for a city view room that happened to have an ocean view! Even though it was only on the 6th floor, we had a view right down the street. The room was perfect with an adequate sized lanai and very comfortable beds and pillow.

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 26Great hotel, bad restaurant
The hotel room services, front desk services and parking services were great! The room itself was very nice and felt spacious with the plasma TV on the wall. We stayed on the 10th floor where the pool is and the kids loved it. The location is very convenient yet not on the strip itself so was quiet. However, a few negatives were the staff in the store were a bit rude and the restaurant was a bit of a disappoinment. We had dinner their the first night and the food was ok but the service was terrible. We had breakfast on our last morning and it took forever to be sat, make our food order and get our food. The giant pancakes are overrated. They tasted old and were just too big. It felt like they had to make 3 gigantic (plate sized) pancakes so they could charge $15. Not worth the money at all. There are plenty of other places to eat.

Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 26Clean hotel with good services but NOT oceanfront
Expensive considering this is not on the beach like other hotels. The Hotel had a lot of rooms available and when I requested for a late checkout the receptionist was RUDE Ocean view rooms are OK Food onpremise is pretty bad Definitely look at other beachfront hotels - we will NOT go back

Trip Type: Family Review 5 of 26Very clean, comfortable and great location.
We were very pleased with this hotel. The rooms were modern and clean. It was nice to be able to walk out of the hotel and be across the street from the ocean and in town. I would stay there again.

Trip Type: Family Review 6 of 26Great Hotel
If you're looking for a great hotel for the money, you can stop here. I did all the homework, checked out tons of hotels on Waikiki, and this one looked like the best choice. My wife and I stayed there for a week, and it was indeed the right choice. We probably would not have gotten the same or better service at one of the more pricey hotels, yet I feel we had a great value here. Less than 3 minutes from the beach, walking distance to great shopping, great service, wonderful rooms.

Trip Type: Family Review 11 of 26pretty nice hotel
I just stayed at this property and it was pretty nice. The only thing is the house keeping was alittle slow to arrive(just my opinon). And the water was not hot enough just wanted to take a hot shower at the end of a long day at the beach!Other than that everything else was fine, staff very nice and helpful! And my daughter said the food was good!

Trip Type: Family Review 12 of 26Good location, Great value at off-season, Expensive Parking
We just finished our stay there last week (mid-late Oct). We were very happy w/ the hotel location and the views from the room. We had 2 rooms right next to each other w/ a door that can be opened. So we essentially had a suite w/ 4 double beds. We had a view facing north (mountain, the canal and a golf course). Though we were on the 27th floor, the entire back side of the hotel probably have the same unobstructed view from the 12th floor up. The other side faces the ocean but have to peer through a couple of other buildings. In my opinion not worth the upgrade. The 42" TV in each room and other decorations in the bath are nice modern touches. The service in general were so so. Especially one of the parking attendants was down right rude for my not remembering to put the parking pass on the windshield. And the parkings are valet only and $25 per night. So one should factor that into the overall cost comparison. The turn into the hotel entrance requires a left turn immediately after the intersection, through on-coming traffic. Hawaiian ppl are so friendly when they drive but still kinda embarrassing to be blocking the entire lane. Would we stay there again, probably. Because the pros outweigh the cons. Just don't forget the parking pass. ;-)
