Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 17a week in Waikiki
The room was a bit small, but to be expected in Waikiki. Everything was clean and in working order. Loved the pillows and bedding. The pool and pool bar were lovely, and everyone I encountered on staff was very friendly. Thank you for a great stay.

Trip Type: Business Review 4 of 17what you see is what you get
the hotel looked great on the website, but you never know if that is what the room will look like when you get there. In this case it was. The rooms were clean and the view inside and out was great. They could stand to do something about the noise though. We could hear everything that went on in the next room. Telephone conversations and everything. I had never had a noise issue like that before. If you don't have anyone in the next room it would be fine. Mac 24/7 had very good food and service. The breakfast shop open in the mornings I was not impressed with. The muffin was dry and the coffee was bad. Hotel parking is high but they take good care of it and are very quick to bring it too you. They guys out there were great. Everyone was very nice. I loved that they supplied you with towels for the pool and the beach, so don't bother to pack one. We did get charged for internet service when we didn't use it, so if you don't want to pay just go to the business service in the lobby.

Two blocks from beach, nicely rennovated hotel. Good service. Room was comfortable, nice bathroom.

Very convenient - fastest room service ever, good food, nice people, valet service a bit slow though.

- Front desk service could be a friendlier - Rooms with door separation are not well insulated. You can hear the people in the room next to you.

Trip Type: Business Review 10 of 17Everything you could ask for
Enjoyed our stay. Hotel was nicely decorated melding both chic/modern and tropical themes. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Just blocks to Waikiki Beach and heart of all the action. Everything you could ask for in a chain hotel. Would definitely book here again for next visit to Honolulu.

Very modern, chic hotel rooms. Convenient location, walking distance to beach and heart of Waikiki. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Trip Type: Business Review 12 of 17Biz travel, and loved it.
This was an outstanding hotel, for the rate or just in general. Newly remodeled. Got upgraded to an ocean view because they were empty. Friendly staff. I travel 100+ days per year on the road for business, and try to stay a cheap as I can and still have a hotel in a good location, clean, with the amenities I need. This one exceeded expectations. Two blocks from beach too.

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 17Great hotel, bad restaurant
This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are quite comfortable and the temperature controls work well. I think the $25 per day parking fee is too high, and I think the restaurant is deplorable. It advertises it as a place open 24/7 and serving everyday food. The food is mediocre and overpriced. My meal consisted of fried chicken, 4 pieces, served on a waffle, with a side of overspiced country gravy. The chicken tasted like it may have been prebreaded and frozen. With this meal, I had a glass of milk and a chocolate lave cupcake, which was suppose to be warm, but was not, and topped with some partially melted marshmellows that had to be cut with a knife. The price for this meal, which I consider to be mediocre at best, was an appalling $30.
