Great Hotel

We stayed here for a soccer tournament and were imressed with the layout and space. Everything was clean and relaxing. The only drawback was that there was a race going on and traffic was a nightmare. It took us minutes to go 1/4 of a mile because so much is right on that same road. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we enjoyed our time there.

*Wonderful Stay!!!*

My goodness I can't explain how awesome this stay was. The room was huge and it was so nice to have a living room and bedroom. Everything was spotless, the 2 TV's were huge, and it was absolutely beautiful. What a great deal, especially with free drinks at night at the managers reception and that UNBELIEVABLE breakfast in the morning... couldn't have been any better. Cannot WAIT to go back... wish we would have just had more time there.

Wedding guest

We stayed overnight because we were out of town guests at a wedding that was held at the hotel. Everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast and snacks were very good. The hotel staff was very nice and made sure that the wedding rehearsal, ceremony, and reception were trouble-free.

very pleasant staff

This Embassy Suites is very fresh and new. The staff was very pleasent. We awoke to a power outage but this did not stop the staff from making everyone feel comfortable. We were unable to enjoy a hot breakfast but we were still treated to a very fine cold selection. I will most definetly stay at this location again.

Terrific short stay!

We booked the hotel for one night in order to visit the new IKEA store only a few miles away. We just wanted a warm bed and much to out surprise we were thrilled with our experience. The staff were friendly and kind upon our arrival and we were told of a the managers reception that evening and of the breakfast in the morning. We never go to receptions, but we thought we might as well as we were heading down for dinner. We ended up having a great time relaxing before dinner with the two included drinks and the nibbles that were available free of charge. We then wandered to the hotel restaurant and had a wonderful meal, the prime rib was wonderful as was the service. We had hoped to go to the pool but it was a bit overrun with lots of children, but as it was spring break for many children we didn't mind. The room was tidy and comfortable, especially the bed and everything we needed was available. It was a great night's sleep. We went down to breakfast the next morning and were surprised by the choice that was available, My diet was forgotten as I sat down with a plate of bacon, eggs and a donut! ha! I can say that after this stay, I will be back and would recommend it to anyone, especially a family as the kids at the pool seemed to really enjoy themselves and the wii that was set up in the lobby was a great attraction to quite a few kids.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very nice.

Excellent hotel

We came to the Concord, NC for a little shopping and family getaway time. The hotel was great. We were traveling with our 4 children ages 8 to 20 and we were so pleased with our stay. There was plenty of room for us in our suite. The beds were very comfortable (even the sleeper sofa). Our room was very clean. The atrium (lobby) was beautiful. We all enjoyed the manager's reception. The children had a blast playing Wii with some other guests in the atrium later that night and the staff were so accomadating. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best we've ever had.

Great Hotel

I enjoyed my one night at the Embassy. The bed was comfortable. I thought the room was clean until I saw hair in the bed and shower. The maids need to make sure to completely clean everything before another guest enter a suites.
