Outstanding Hotel

The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. The room offered an excellent view of the city and the ocean. My mom and husband enjoyed the individual coffee cups and the amenities that came along as well. The front desk clerk was very courtesy and allowed us to check in several hours before our scheduled check in time. The concierge was very helpful in getting us a rent car for the day. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who may be going on a cruise or coming off a cruise because it is within a short distance from the cruise terminal. Excellent hotel for the money!

great room for money

everything was great about this hotel except the Gallery lounge service. This is an inhouse restaurant and bar. the bartenders were very poor, cocktails were lousy. Service was very slow. Took them half an hr to get nuggets for the kids. We left after seeing the poor service. But if you dont need to eat at the hotel, hotel itself is excellent, great rooms, great views, very clean, Another down side is that they dont have free parking, the garage is quite expensive, so add it to your price.

Location Location Location!

I love this hotel. It is next to the Omni bus terminal and the free people mover to downtown. I really enjoyed the pool, and free lobby internet access which works well. The staff is excellent. This is a favored hotel for me. I would go again for the comfort and cleanliness.

Great Spot

Very nice hotel, nice atmosphere, great pool area, Staff very friendly service is great. Deffinitly try getting the bay/city view.

Avoid the rooms by the elevator

Please avoid the rooms by the elevators, the ding of the elevators reaching the floor, the traffic of guest and employees coming off and going on the elevator will be heard. And if you want to get sleep, it will be diffcult unless you wear ear plugs because you will hear everyones voice getting on/off the elevators. I was traveling with my 7 month old baby and nap time was out the window due to all the noise coming into room day and night. Also due to the position of the room, it was hard to manuevering the stroller into the door. Overall nice hotel just becareful of which room you are assigned.

great room for the money

First, when we arrived our rooms weren't ready, then when we returned they had given them away. We did get rooms finally, then two bags of our luggage was lost in transit. After about an hour they were found. Then our room was missing pillow cases on all the pillows. No clean linen was available, somethng about extra busy due to a soccer event. Housekeeping did bring pillow cases about three hours later. Then just handed me the linen to put on the bed. I refused and she put them on.
