Location, location, location

The Knolls Resort Motel is in a perfect location - within walking distance of nearly everything you could want. Restaurants, bars, comedy club, boardwalk... etc. It's a Wildwood "classic" so there are no frills and no elevator but it was clean and the pool was nice. Railings are original to building so watch your young ones - they can fall through if you aren't careful. Bring your own soap, too - they didn't provide that.

a block or 2 from everything

motel is in need of updating. bathroom was clean. Room could use a good fall cleaning, it was end of summer season when we visited. Staff was friendly,helpful and accommodating. The location was awesome. We enjoyed are stay.

Pretty good

Nice room for the money, but the website said free internet access which just happened to not work the whole time we were there. Aside from that our stay was pretty nice!

Stay Away

The Motel should be bulldozed. Our short stay was one nightmare after an other. The room was not ready when we arrived at 8pm, due to the previous occupants busting holes in the door. Then the room key did not work when we returned at midnight, and the office was closed 911 had to be called to get us back into our room, then staff tried to make us feel dumb for not knowing the "trick" of the key. The night was filled with partiers screaming profanities. The next day the shower did not work and we had to move to another room which was a huge incovenience. Both rooms had 2 beds made w/ 1 sheet and comforter each. There is no place to sit in either room, there is basically no lighting unless you are a giant since all the lamps are on a high dresser. Please do not stay here!!!
