There was an unidentified stain on one of the bed covers. Other than that for the money and price it was a fair deal.

Needs Improvement

Wi-Fi did not work in room had to go to lobby for Wi-Fi internet connection. Restaurant associated with Hotel had poor breakfest bar selection.

great room for the money

if you are looking to save money this is the place to go. i think it need some improvements. some of the lights did not work. there was a rag around the smoke detector, the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling. The tv only had 10 channels,maybe lees, and some of the channels didn't show. the room was clean and very convient to tourist spots like universal and international drive. i would stay here again at cheap rate.

great room for the money

Although in need of TLC the hotel was clean, the staff was accommodating and friendly and the location to Universal was great.
