Great Place

We had a fantastic time .The rooms were great. there were just a few thing that I felt needed a change, the rooms was not handicaped friendly. If one bathroom had a walk in shower instead of a tub it would have been the best room we had ever stayed in. Even hand rales by the tub would have helped.The room also needed a few bar stools for by the kitchen counter. the room sleept 10 but had dinning chairs for 6. we will come back again.

The Villas is a little cubby hole

there was no Shampoo even after asking for it the room service was terrible the cleaning staff arrived at 6:45 on a sunday morning... knocked the door multiple times & asked if we were going to leave early. if it wasent for the wonderful time we had on the beach .... the hotel sucked

GREAT LOCATION

LOVED THE LOCATION, CLOSE TO THE OCEAN, AND SHOPPING. RATES WERE GREAT!!

a good choice!

i think that the hotel is good and comfortable except that they don't give some neccesary things like coffee like most hotels do. i love the pools and lazy river is very relaxing as well. hope you enjoy your visit like i did.

Pools are big, clean and comfortable room, the service great, the kids had fun so our trip was a positive

Great room for the money

The hotel was great. I was very pleased with the room. We were right off the beach and the pool was right outside our door. it was a great experience and we will stay there again if we visit myrtle beach again

Cayman Tower is great

We stayed in the Cayman tower. The 3 bedroom condo had almost everything we needed. They do not provide kitchen towels or paper towels in those units. Note that your hotel key doubles as a coupon at many local restaurants -- we didn't really look at them and realized later we could have saved money. Hotel pools were great for the kids. This hotel allows smoking at the pool area which was a bit irritating (maybe that's just a southern thing) but finding butts places other than ashtrays is not pleasant. Beach is not private property so be prepared to pay for chair/umbrella rental or bring your own. I did not go into the other properties of this resort, but from the outside I don't think I would want to stay there.

Great place for the money

This was a wonderful place to stay at Myrtle Beach. The Condo with ocean front balcony was very nice. It was 3 bedroom/2 bath condo with full kitchen. Very comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to others.

Great accomadations

Room clean and well kept. Quiet despite being on the 2nd floor directly above pool and "river" floating areas, including bar area. Very relaxing, and will go again for a longer stay!
